Rod run weekend

Even though cold and rainy it was a great trip. It would have been nice if fireplace would have worked in living room but it was still very nicely equipped with needed supplies.

Wonderful short stay.

We decided to extend our vacation at the last minute and we found this gem! It was perfect for our extra night and the view was awesome!

Birthday Celebrations

The property was in a perfect location off the strip and easy to bypass traffic using backroads. Unit was very clean and very relaxing. We loved being right on the river. The host was friendly and very attentive and accommodating . We were there to celebrate a couple birthdays in the family and we had a blast. Definitely will be booking again in future.

Enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy/convenient! Property was close to all the attractions! Floors/indoor rugs and outdoor deck area were dirty, but over all the condo and our stay was great!

WONDERFUL!!!!

This unit is wonderful. Clean, quiet, and complete with everything that you need! We loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the creek and watching/feeding the ducks. The location is great, just a block from the parkway. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very clean, nicely decorated. Great location, very central to everything. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. Very peaceful to listen to the river at night. I liked that there were 3 full bathrooms, makes getting ready so much easier with a group. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

Our Family Getaway

The location was easy to find. We were close to major attractions/ businesses that tourist visit. I loved being near the river and other guest were very friendly. And the place was very clean and in order. Only downside was the construction happening right beside our unit.

Nice stay by the river

We had a great visit to Pigeon Forge. The place is very nice and spacious as described. We had my sister, her daughter, and my mom (89years old) along with myself and my daughter. The unit is on the first floor so it is very easy to walk up the stairs or take the elevator which was a must for my mom. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the rushing river. The pool was nice but the hot tub was out of order. We were close to pretty much everything. Super easy to get to the parkway, the Convention center, the Island, and a very short walk to Dolly Parton’s Stampede. Took about an hour to get to the airport and less than 30 minutes to get to Gatlinburg. There is a bathroom for each bedroom but not a walk in shower so be aware if you have older people who cannot step into the tub shower. The beds are comfortable but higher off the ground. There are plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We had a very nice time. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever

Me, my sister, son and his wife and 4 kids stayed. Easy acces to staolirs, pool and parking. Unit was very clean and quiet. The boys all played in the river. Kids all determined it was their best vacation ever.

Awesome condo and location

This is a great rental. Could not think of any way it could be better. Very clean, great location, close to many restuarants and attractions, owner answered any questions within minutes. Was there over icy cold Christmas weekend and had no trouble with road to condo as some people did that had cabins with steep drive. Recommending this to family and friends that visit area frequently.

Outstanding!!

This place was really nice!! Very well maintained and taken care of. We were so thrilled how nice the items to use in the kitchen were, form the utensils to the pots and pans. Everything was in great shape. We stayed in places at the beach that weren't stocked that nice. Keep up the good work!! Would consider staying there again!!

Cedar Lodge - Pigeon Forge

Condo was very clean and in a good location. The furniture and beds were comfortable; and there were plenty of bathroom towels. The Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cooking items, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. The back deck was nice to sit out and watch the Pigeon river and the many ducks. There was a small outdoor pool, which we did not use. We did have a problem getting the small front bedroom TV to work, and the instructions could have been better. The coffee pot was not made for a Mr. Coffee Maker, and we had to hold it up to the basket for the entire brew cycle. We were able to see the July 4th fireworks from the front balcony. Overall this was a very nice & quiet facility and we would book there again.

Young Adult conference getaway

Very nice, clean condo with awesome views of the river. Made for a peaceful, relaxing evening after a busy day. The condo had ample room. We had 6 adults (2 older and 4 young adults). We had a set of brothers and a set of sisters so the bedroom configuration worked very well. The bathroom for each bedroom was a real blessing and could not have been better. There are a few spider webs on the porch that formed every night but you can’t really help that. Very small and just removed with a swipe of the hand, they just catch you off guard if not expecting it first thing in the morning. 😂We never were bothered by sound from the neighbors, seems to be very well insulated as far as sound. The beds were comfy, very thick foam mattresses
if you like a firmer bed, if not, I recommend throwing a plush comforter down on the mattress and it works great! The owner always replied quickly to any questions we had and check in was very simple.All in all, we will be repeat customers! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed gathering with family from three states in the relaxing comfort of the condo. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the sound of the river was refreshing. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 9-month-old. It was like a home away from home. Our daughter arrived early and was allowed to check in early for our granddaughter’s nap. (The response was very fast.) My sister’s only request was to go to the Stampede. We were delighted to discover it was only a four-minute walk away! My son-in-law was able to find some trails not too far away, and several family members enjoyed that. The location was perfect for us.
