Outstanding amenities great place

Kitchen well stocked, amenities in bathroom for things forgotten. Nice location especially for the Highland Games. Great views, we even saw a deer outside our front door.

Best stay ever!

This was the cleanest, nicest, most cozy place we have ever stayed at. The host was great and very communicative throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this place and when we return to the area again, we will definitely look for the same host!

Perfect place to stay after App St FBall game

Came for the weekend for an App State football game and this place was perfect. Great location, very clean. John was great with communication and a great host. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Getaway!

We received clear and important driving directions from the owner, making our trip there relaxed. The house was pristine and warm upon our arrival. All of the extra thoughtful touches you could expect were present, including an assortment of toiletries in the medicine cabinet in case you had forgot to pack a necessity such as a toothbrush or make-up remover. The comfortable bed was piled with pilows and if needed an extra blanket waited to be used in the large walk-in closet. There was ample hot water and a quick to heat, heating unit. The location was ideal for us. Although it overlooked some commercial buildings, we had an excellent view of beach mountain in all its majesty. A choice property for two people at a great price.

A Hidden Piece of Heaven

Tucked back in Banner Elk, I experienced a most comfortable stay at the Apple Orchard Duplex. The home itself was so inviting! Everything you would need to be happy and settled was made available. Instructions for use were easy to follow. The location made it easy to find restaurants, participate in local excursions and of course, to shop!! Would love to return soon!!

Great Weekend get away

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location, check in/out process and communication. It was in a convenient location to explore Banner Elk. It was very clean and had everything there you would need- even a washer and dryer. Definitely will book here again.

Great Stay!

Very clean! Convenient to "downtown" Banner Elk. Great communication with property manager and very easy check in process. Duplex was very well furnished. I would have no hesitations staying here again and hope we can some day.

Excellent and Comfortable

This place was awesome. John is an excellent host and very communicative. The place had everything you would need and more. The place is so convenient to everything and very comfortable. It was even better in person. I will definitely come back and stay. Thanks John for being a great host.
