Situated on almost an acre, this home enjoys unobstructed views of the McDowell Mountains and 50,000+ acres of undeveloped tribal land!

Enjoy endless games, walking trails, arts & crafts, wildlife encounters, pool and spa, and more! (Spa heating is available by request)

While you're relaxing & enjoying the solitude of country living in the heart of Scottsdale, you may even catch a glimpse of the Salt River wild horses!

An introduction to the Property Manager will be provide after completing your reservation.

This home is located on a private cul-de-sac near horse properties and walking trails in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood.

Major retailers, grocers, hospitals, ice cream, and coffee shops are within a ten minute drive.

We call this home "The Family Room" because we believe that spending time together as a family is the most important ingredient for building a healthy family. We've personally found that some of the most fun and meaningful conversations we've had as a family happen while we're playing and crafting together.

While you're here, check out our game closet, use our bluetooth speaker for a family dance party, host an air hockey or ping pong tournament, go swimming, play tetherball, volleyball, or badminton, shoot some baskets, explore the walking trail off the cul-de-sac for a beautiful sunset experience, and keep an eye out for the wild horses!

Uber, Lyft, Taxis are available upon request. This property's circular driveway makes parking very accessible for groups of all sizes.

Beautiful House, Beautiful Views!!

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at The Family Room! We did crafts in the art room, made s'mores over the fire, relaxed in the hot tub, and played a ton of board games from the game closet! The home had everything we needed and much more!! Also close enough to drive to the Grand Canyon and a bunch of other fun destinations!!

Wonderful Experience

this home is so carefully and intentionally set up for families to have a relaxing and successful stay. The space itself is beautiful and the functionality of it all is next level. Perfect Family Getaway with Gorgeous Views

The Family Room has been so thoughtfully planned to be a life giving retreat for families. I've never come across a vacation home with so many fun and unique activities for kids. Every room and outdoor space is utilized well to offer opportunities for families to enjoy time away from regular life and focus on quality time together. The home is also beautiful and well maintained and thoughtfully stocked with practical necessities . We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard mountain views and the front yard sunrises were beautiful with the city in the distance. Such a peaceful and life giving space that all families would be blessed by! We are so grateful for the time we had together at The Family Room!

Perfect Family Getaway in Scottsdale

Our family had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Scottsdale home! The house was stunning — spacious and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. We loved spending our mealtime on the patio, soaking in the gorgeous mountain views, swimming in the pool, and relaxing together. Inside, there was something for everyone — from air hockey tournaments and late-night board games to making art and doing crafts with our kids. We also loved exploring the nearby trails and taking in the beauty of the desert landscape. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — gracious, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and take great pride in their home. With plenty of space and amenities for our family of seven kids, this was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and make forever memories. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to come back one day!

Family Room---Scottsdale, Arizona

This was such an amazing gift to my family. The home is amazing and has everything a family could want. This was a wonderful for a family to spend time together--to laugh, to talk and to be far away from all the things that distract us in life. We walked in the desert, swam together every day, cooked meals together, played games together, sat quietly at night together etc. We are so very grateful for this opportunity :)

Perfect for Kids

This property is so good for kids. The backyard is the true highlight, with minigolf, darts, tetherball, and of course, the swimming pool! The master bedroom is spacious and luxurious. The children have three bedrooms to choose from. There are many books and toys. The hosts are very responsive.

A family paradise

Our family of five and our friends family of 6 stayed this past week and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, art room, outdoor game space and all the family centered entertainment of the house. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure your family is cared for and welcomed like family friends. The house has beautiful sunsets and we enjoyed hiking, the zoo, and a baseball game close by. Amazing Property, Even Better Memories

This property truly had something special for everyone in our family. Our family of 5 enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub and pool, all of the outdoor activities, indoor games, and well thought out spaces. Amazing

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the family room, and our experience was exceptional. The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The pool and hot tub were also in pristine condition and ready for use. We were particularly impressed by the abundance of pool toys and life vests available. The outdoor activities were outstanding, and for the first time in a long while, my children bonded while enjoying the air hockey table, darts, mini golf, volleyball, and numerous other games. Additionally, the property owners were remarkable; they were readily available to answer any questions we had and provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay.

Such a blessing!

Our time there was amazing! Our son felt right at home with all the amazing toys, it was his first time in a pool and he even got to see some cool wild life as well. It was an amazing time. Absolutely Amazing!

We felt so blessed to be able to stay at The Family Room with your friends that are like family. Three couples and our kids that are best friends could not have asked for a more ideal place to stay and enjoy together. From the outdoors (pool, hot tub, mini golf, swings, basketball, volleyball, fooseball table, grill and trails) to the indoors (air hockey, toys, games, ball pit, train table, craft room) there was so much to do and not enough time! We would go back and move in if we could!

This home was in a great location for awesome hikes, day trips, and local stores and restaurants. It was clean, provided a ton of fun on-site, and easily slept our entire large family. Restful Weekend

Beautiful home stay

Our foster/adoptive family of 6 celebrated 2 adoptions this year. We had originally said Disney was going to be our celebration trip but decided a 2 week long Arizona and cross country road trip would be better to adventure and spend time together after we found out about the family room via The Filled Conference this year. The first half of our trip was spent in your beautiful home swimming, playing tetherball, hide and seek, visiting with friends, playing in the fun play rooms and so much more. I got to touch a piano for the first time in over 10 years and sing a few worship songs with our kids, which was super special. Locally we loved visiting hole in the rock, medieval times, the Grand Canyon (the kids became junior rangers), cowboy u for a trail ride and kids ranch camp, pedicures and haircuts, Butters, lime & salt and so many other fun places to eat. This was a beautiful space to relax in before our long drive home to PA. Thank you for offering such a place of blessing for our family and others.
