We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

This property is located in the heart of Hermosa beach near many popular restaurants and bars. For those that want to walk to the best of Hermosa Beach, this is the perfect spot for you. For those who sleep lightly, please note that you may experience evening noise from local patrons.

Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

No Ambiance

Good features: Location, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower, Large TV, Parking, AC/heater worked great Not so Good features: Lighting, limited places to plug in, one light switch didn't work, no clear way to turn on ceiling lights, skimpy curtains barely covered windows (more material would have been nice), kitchen receptacle for coffee next to floor, no shelves in bath to place anything - small table or shelving would have been nice. The apartment was adequate but sparce and had no ambiance about it. I would consider staying there again, even knowing it was not so plush.

Read your Emails AND Texts - Different Info

Since I got texts ahead of time and closer to arrival, I thought I had all the information needed. I had the door code, but realized that this is not the same as the gate code and couldn't find that. Luckily there were other guests that helped us in and I later found the gate code and a pre-arrival rental agreement (oops!) in my email! Other than this, the place is amazing, super cute, clean, safe. I messaged the Management Company when it sounded like a leaking roof (rain) but it was just where the runoff was. They also provide ear plugs in case of noise as it's so close to Pier Ave/night life, but I didn't even need them. I will definitely stay here again!!!
