Om boendet

Our spacious 2/2 unit is located on the beachside of Siesta Key. No need to cross the road to get to the beach, we have a private, guest-only gate entry right next to our building that leads right to beautiful Crescent Private Beach about 120 yards. There are lounges and chairs available right off the path for you to enjoy. We have a temperature-controlled community pool as well for you to enjoy. We are located about a mile from Siesta Village where you can enjoy dining and shopping.

Due to the two hurricanes, the laundry facilities in our building were flooded. I will send information for a local laundry mat and a pick-up/delivery Laundry Service. Our housekeeping service will leave extra linens.
Our first-floor units and a building across the street are being remodeled. A single-family home is under construction next to our building to the west. As per Sarasota Country construction companies are permitted to start work at 7 am until 5 pm Monday – Friday.

Beach Getaway

We had a great experience. Doreen was extremely quick and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. This was our first trip as a family of 4 with a 1 and 4 yr old. The easy beach access, beach wagon, sand toys and umbrella were highlights for us! The pool and short walk to shops and restaurants were added perks. Highly recommend.

Great family getaway

This unit/location had everything we wanted and expected. It was close to the beach, had a great pool, easy to use public transit, and was family friendly. We had an excellent stay.

Tremendous experience

Girls trip

Fun property to stay at for this girls trip! Super close to the beach steps away made it so convenient. The little trolley is just minutes outside your door takes you downtown siesta.

Perfect location, amazing condo!

We travel to Florida each year, but this was our first time to Siesta Key. We absolutely loved it! The condo is in the perfect central location and so easy to access. It’s a very short drive to the village with lots of great food and shopping. The private beach access with chairs was the best part. Gorgeous walk through huge trees to the most beautiful beach! Condo itself was perfect. Very clean, super cute and had all the extras we needed to make our stay even better. We will be back! :)

A Wonderful Vacation

My family of four had a wonderful stay at this condo. The space was clean, comfortable, and updated. It was great that my teens had their own room and bathroom. My favorite part was the proximity to the beach and that beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a beach wagon were there for us to borrow. The beach is absolutely beautiful!! This location worked out well and we fell in love with Siesta Key during our stay. Thank you Doreen!

Siesta Beach House

Wonderful cottage style condo, spotlessly clean. Decorated so cute and very comfortable. Steps to private gorgeous beach, nice pool with toys to use. We loved it. Public transportation is fun and easy. Great restaurants and music in the Village. It was a great vacation!

Great condo to getaway!

We enjoyed our stay over the past weekend! The pictures do not do this condo justice - it is much bigger than the photos make it feel. The condo has many items that are unexpected and nice to have - coffee, coffee pods, a cooler and wagon for the beach, an umbrella for the beach, beach towels, sunscreen, etc. It was much appreciated! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and just a short walk from the beach!

Property is nice, but one thing i want to mentioned is there is No Housekeeping service and on top of that guest are required to throw out the garbage outside and strip the bed which is to removed all bed lining and towels Like practically doing housekeeping work, I think thats why we pay a clean fee already just to go and relax. Just want to remind you Guest are on vacation. For that matter just go and stay at a hotel better.

Close to the beach

Close to the beach and easy access. Room is on the 2nd floor so it’s very difficult getting luggage down the stairs because of no elevator. Property did smell and the beach did as well. We appreciated the umbrellas the host provided and wish they offered chairs. The resort does offer chairs but you have to drag them yourself each day. The room was nice and clean. However, we have paid the same price and stayed in a much nicer condo in this area. I did like the private beach and it’s not crowded at all. We prefer a gated resort area and this one is not gated. Anyone can drive in and out. This condo is not far from the Village and it’s easy to take a trolley to get there. Several eating places and shops in that area. There is construction in the area because they are building newer condos. Host does provide a decent amount of items such as coffee pods, cooking supplies, and other items. Host will be prompt is communicating with you.

I can say this rental was fantastic not one bad thing to say. The owner goes above and beyond with many extras included in the rental. Perfect location and access to the beach. Five plus stars stars!!!

Good Place

Property was good. Location was a bit further away from town, so sometimes we walked and other times we drove. Beach was extensively used by resorts (they setup chairs and umbrellas very early and take up the better locations/views).

Loved the place!

The house was clean, adequate for my husband and I and our 3 young grandchildren. Walk to the beach was minutes away to the best beach ever! Pool was nice as well. Doreen has beach toys available as well as other amenities. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

We had such a fantastic stay. The condo has everything to help make your stay great where all you need to do is shop for food. Beds were comfortable and condo very nicely decorated. Access to the private beach, laundry (if needed) outdoor shower after swimming. Doreen was very quick to respond to any questions you may have. Check-in and Check-out instructions were very clear. If ever we are in the area again this would be the place to stay
