Denna andra våningen 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på Gulf sidan av vår egendom. På grund av dess centrala läge är det en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrillar. För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrum enheter högst sex personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med två queen size-sängar med en 32 "platt-TV medan det finns en king size-säng i gäst sovrummet, också med en 32" platt-TV. Beautiful beach location

Clean, comfortable and excellent location. Beautiful palm tree lined property. Just a few minutes walk to Siesta Key beach - one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen!

Girls weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was very nice at #140. The location was the best part of our stay. We were a short walking distance to the beach and two pools and the tennis courts were a nice addition. However, the pickleball paddles need to be replaced. They were very difficult to play with. Our Airbnb was clean, but the kitchen faucet needs replaced. It kept dripping unless you worked with it to get it in to a position that it would stop. The shower knob was also very difficult to operate. We called maintenance to come look at it, but it turns out it was fine...it was just very old and difficult to figure out. We were a little embarrassed when they turned it right on, but I think it was just a very old style that we weren’t familiar with. We would stay again at this facility because of the close proximity to everything, but for the price, the Airbnb needs some upgrades/remodeling.

Great place & location

Property was great. Communication was great. Condo description should be updated with what is in the kitchen. Example - there is a keurig but that is not listed anywhere. Beds ok. Had plenty of towels and blankets. Pool on gulf side great! Did not get a chance to try pool on bay side.

The unit was also super clean (I’ve stayed at some VRBOs that haven’t been very clean). It was so nice having lounge chairs and beach towels available for our time on the beach. Loved everything about this place except that there was no washer/dryer in the condo. Excellent for short stays, however would not book for week with no in condo washer/dryer. Other than that, excellent!

Great place for families with teens!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was nicely decorated, and plenty of room for our family of 5. Enough kitchen items for cooking, everything was nice and clean. I liked how the porch was screened in for insects. Property is beautiful, gorgeous beach!!!!! White sand, beautiful palm trees. If you are a pool family this is not the place for you, clean but small, no frills. Loved that there were free rides into town, great downtown with yummy food and cute shops. The problem? The main bathroom lock got stuck every time someone went in there and the victim always needed help out from the outside. Definitely recommend, great place to get away from it all.

Sunshine white Sand Rest and Relaxation!!

This was my 2nd year at Palm Bay Club Great location Wonderful staff and security!!! Quite which is a great plus !!! A short walk to the beach and guys at beach was wonderful they set up your lounge chairs for you Love this place already planning on next year

Exceeds expectations

Everything about this place I like. I was not disappointed. All the staff was very accommodating. If any issues with your room come up, they will rectify the problem quickly. I would not hesitate to rent here!
