When you pull up to the Ground Level of this beautiful beach home, you'll see that it's time to begin your epic Outer Banks vacation. Cook up some fresh seafood outside on the Park-Style Grill or prepare your own catch of the day on the Fish Cleaning Table. Relax on the Hammock Swing under the house and rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower before heading upstairs to relax. For a little more outdoor fun, enjoy the Regulation Horseshoe Pit to release a little steam with some friendly competition, or make your way over to the Outer Banks YMCA for a workout class or a fun family program!

On the Ground Level, take advantage of a little extra privacy with 2 Covered Entries to begin your vacation fun. Take the 1st door on the side entry into the Laundry Area, which is perfectly located for easy mid-week washes and access to clean beach towels without having to lug your sandy clothes upstairs. When you're ready to head upstairs, simply take the stairway up to the Middle Level. Back outside, through the 2nd door, you'll find a super-fun Game Room with a Ping Pong Table and Cornhole Boards to take outside for a little extra excitement.

On the Middle Level, you'll find the Main Entrance as well as a cozy Den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa that's great for relaxing after a day at the beach or finding an extra place to rest for everyone in your family group. If you're looking for somewhere for everyone else to get some rest, choose from the Queen Bedroom with an adjoining Bathroom, the additional Queen Bedroom, or the Bunk Room with 2 Sets of Bunk Beds that's just perfect for the kids. A Full Hallway Bathroom is accessible nearby to keep everyone comfortable. And when you're ready to enjoy those fresh, ocean breezes, step out onto the Mid-Level Furnished Deck where you'll find a warm, bubbly Hot Tub to relax in and rest those muscles while you watch the stars appear in the night sky.

The Top Level offers the ideal place to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean as well as time with the people you love. Relax in the Living Area with a Flat Screen TV and cozy chairs for family movie night or move on over to the Living Area near the glass sliding doors to the Furnished Deck where you can enjoy plenty of brilliant light and breathtaking views. Impress the family with your cooking skills in the Kitchen with modern appliances to enjoy at the Bar or in the Dining Area with seating for 10. Try your luck on Avalon Fishing Pier and see what kind of titans you can reel in!
