No AC downstairs in peak Texas heat and Wifi went off multiple times. Water also was turned off in the middle and we were not informed before hand. Other than that, good overall.

Place was amazing and roomy nicely organized with check in folder with all info regarding house. Had a great stay and even called last minute because our flight changed to later than expected and got later check out time.

State Fair trip

The condo was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and peaceful. Great location for us to travel around and take in the sights! Offered a gorgeous pool that we took advantage of every night. If we ever come back to Dallas I would 100 percent book here again without adoubt! we could.

Family trip to Baseball game

We had purchased tickets to watch the Yankees and Rangers series, and were so pleased with the ease of getting to and from the ball park, and everything else the Arlington area had to offer. The only issue was there was a little confusion on our GPS and it tried to get us to turn into the fence of the Condos - instead your turn right after the Motel 6, and go into the driveway to the left. The condo was exactly as shown with a perfect size for our family of 3. We enjoyed our stay and would book again when we attend another ball game, or anything in that area.

The place was nice and clean on the inside. The living area needs a new area rug it was rolled up on the side where you walk into the living room it’s a trip hazard. The backyard could use some picking up and cleaning not very attractive. Over all the place is very well decorated, I love the fact there were plenty of towels and paper goods.

Convenient location, fairly quiet, nice pool

Overall ok. The good: very convenient location to six flags, hurricane harbor and all sports arenas. The unit is very private and tucked in the corner of the complex, easy checkin. The bad: the unit is in desperate need of a deep clean - it was tidy but you can tell it hasn’t had a thorough clean in a while - lots of debris in the front screen door, baseboards throughout were really dirty. The screen glass door lock/handle was broken in the living room - it felt unsafe - there were two really big hornets nests in each corner of the balcony on the second floor with hundreds of live hornets - that made the balcony unusable - the whole unit lacked some consumables - there was only one bath towel in the master bathroom - no trash bags for the small trash cans in the bathrooms, there was a used wash rag left on top of the shower head in the bathroom downstairs from a previously rental— the building was built in 1968 so obviously it’s not going to be immaculate- but the owner needs to do a thorough deep clean and pest control and ensure an adequate number of bath towels, hand towels and wash rags in every bathroom and ensure trash bags are available. — if it weren’t for these issues it would have been fine - Thanks!

Comfortable Stay

The landscaping could have been kept up a little better but the house itself is better looking than the photos and the pool is a beautiful blue, very clean. One night we had to park on the other side because someone parked in our reserved spot.but other than that we had a comfortable stay.

minimal standards met

Zero communication with host despite sending text messages to the number provided by host. There was no hot water - it was unpredictable - either really warm or cold. All mirrors and windows were streaky and gross, which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the property. Front door opens to mid level which immediately leads to stairs to upper level and lower level. Lower level has one bedroom (with two twin beds), washer/dryer, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Upper level has master bedroom (kind bed) with en suite bathroom, bedroom (two twin beds), and a full bathroom. We have three children and child #3 did not want to sleep on a floor alone so he ended up in the master bedroom and I slept in the twin bed. Pool was nice but it is not directly in front of property; you have to walk around to it, which wasn't bad. Property needs some minor work, especially paint touch-ups. Property is super close to a lot of attractions. Traffic noise was noticeable, but I chalked that up to being in a big city and it didn't bother me. Minor annoyance, but there wasn't any hand soap by any sink.

Communication was a little slow but nice stay overall :)

Overall we enjoyed our stay :) There was a lot of space to spread out and the unit was comfortable. There were a few small issues (no deal-breakers) and responses from the host were slow-going, but they did respond. The washer/dryer worked great once we cleaned the lint trap and all else was functional. Generally the cleaning crew could have done a more thorough job, but nothing terrible. The neighborhood was ok and it was close to the highway so it was easy to get around. Plus there were many attractions, grocery stores, etc. nearby so it was easy to find what we needed and see the local sites. The noise from the highway was pretty prevalent so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. We use a white noise app when we travel so that helped a lot, and by the end of our stay we had become used to the traffic sounds and pretty much tuned them out. Again, overall it was a nice stay for the price and we were comfortable :)

Luxury Sweet wasn’t so sweet

The home itself was beautiful inside.The master bedroom was beautifully decorated with a balcony.good amenities, cleanliness etc. the parking space was taken by another car. The homeless lady told me which apt they lived in. I asked them to move due to the homeles lady stating it would be towed. I messaged you guys and didn’t get a response til day(s) later. just didn’t have hot water the entire stay. Had to take cold showers in which my family was member left complaining to me to do something. One family member left due to being afraid his rental truck would be towed, leaving only 3 people there. Homeless lady was sleeping on outside bench at front door. Our door dasher dumped food on unknown sidewalk due to not being able to find apt. To drive 8 hours and not be able to take a hot shower at the end of day was very disappointing.

Great Location - Close to Stadiums!

Such a great place and close to the Rangers stadium allowing us to enjoy a game and tour the Cowboy stadium. Very clean, great communication and perfect layout. Would definitely recommend. We enjoyed our Spring Break stay!

Bring Ear Plugs

Positives - The condo is a great location to attractions (Six Flags and stadium), and between Dallas and Fort Worth. However, the highway is about 100 yards from the condo and very loud with traffic and revving cars at all hours. With ear plugs, this can be worked around because the location is so good, but people should be aware of this. Now to the things the home owner has control of that would deter me from staying again. Condo is very rundown—doors hardly close, peeling paint, kitchen faucet broken and hanging down, toilet runs, the majority of towels were well worn and several washcloths were dirty/stained. The kitchen floor was sticky with spilled food, and the top of the garbage can lid was full of dried sauce of some sort. The entire place is in need of a deep clean. The dishwasher and dish drainer were full of clean dishes upon arrival, which I’ve never had happen in previous stays elsewhere. On the last day we realized the window on the ground floor doesn’t lock. We could open the patio door. I wouldn’t mention this normally but there was a sense of heightened awareness for safety because of the suspicious activities outside of the condo.

Great Location

Plenty of room great location. Comfortable beds snd furniture. The only drawback is the kitchen could be equipped better. For example there were only 3 coffee cups for a three bedroom apartment that sleeps 6, there should be more. But that is minor.
