Great Family Get a Way

The property was very nice, in a good neighborhood. The lay out of the house was good for those that wanted privacy in the bedroom. Nice there were two rooms for visiting.

Very nice house

The house was fully stocked. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Very nice neighborhood. Quiet area. Games in the house for everyone. Owner was easy to contact.

Family Gathering Spot

Four adults stayed at the house. We were in Medford to visit our family matriarch. We enjoyed spending the evening together cooking dinner, sharing a meal and visiting. The house is the best! Clean, comfortable and so well appointed with quality linens, towels abd cookware.

Relaxing!

We had a great visit with our friends, in this home💜 we meet several times a year, & this will be a place to return to! Very comfortable, everything is there; very soft linens & comfortable beds, decorated Very nicely, Serene backyard very quiet neighborhood!

What an incredible host Felicia is. There were so many extras she thought of to make our stay even better. You know those little things like bathroom amenities and kitchen extras that you sometimes say I wish I had a……..fill in the blank. It was there!

Amazing House

We absolutely loved our stay! We were traveling with kids and we felt so comfortable and at home. My son was so excited to see the toys set up for him when we walked in, made him super excited to be there. The house was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need, they have thought of everything! Even the laundry room, which I took full advantage of to do our laundry so I wouldn’t have to when we got home from a long day of traveling home. The patio and backyard were perfect for hanging out and the neighborhood was beautiful. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Pristine house in great neighborhood

This is an immaculately maintained, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and spacious home. Large enough for a family, but perfect for couples, with multiple areas for entertaining and dining side and out. It's in a beautiful, tree-lined, quiet neighborhood that was lovely to walk though. The garage has been converted into a fun game room with ping pong and other games; board games inside also. Short drives to restaurants and easy to get to town quickly. We were only disappointed in that the stay was so short, we would love to return.

Sister City Visit - from Italy

This house was perfect! It was all that was advertised and more. The hosts have supplied the house with everything you would need! The house was very relaxing, comfortable, bright, and spacious. I moved out of the area, so I was able to use this property to host some of our family visiting from Medford's Sister City, Alba, Italy for the Pear Blossom events! It was a great house for relaxing and visiting between events! The location was very convenient for all of our activities, and very close to the airport! The backyard and deck were nice, but unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy them due to the rain and our other events during the day. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of my questions!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Lovely quiet residential neighborhood close to many recreational activities. Close proximity (less than 10 minutes) to airport, 2 hour drive to Crater lake. Many wineries, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Snow skiing in Ashland about 35 minutes away. So much to see and do in Southern Oregon.
