Living Room - Spacious sectional sofa, chairs, large flat screen TV.

Kitchen - Everything you need to prepare your favorite meals including a blender, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, cookie sheets, pots, pans, waffle iron, toaster oven, hand mixer, griddle and dutch oven. Kitchen island with seating for two, dining table with seating for six.

Master Suite - King bed, TV, desk & chairs, nightstands, closet & other storage, ensuite bathroom.

Ensuite Bathroom - Double vanity, shower/tub combo, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & soap.

The Neighborhood:
Nana & Paka's is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family-friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has a playground and plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones and pets!

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
