Step inside and immediately feel the light and space of the open-concept main level, where the updated kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. Whether you're prepping meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or chatting with friends seated at the kitchen bar, the layout encourages togetherness. The dining table offers seating for eight and stunning lake views, while sliders open to an al fresco dining space for those who prefer meals with a breeze. The living room centers around a striking stone fireplace, plush seating, and a large smart TV—ideal for cozy evenings or rainy-day movie marathons.

Upstairs, guests will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a second king suite with its own modern bath and glass shower. Two queen bedrooms share a stylish hallway bathroom, and just beyond the bedrooms, two tranquil sitting areas invite quiet moments with a book or coffee in hand.

A spacious family room features a huge sectional sofa, another fireplace and TV, and a pool table to challenge your crew. When the night winds down, the large bunk room awaits, featuring three twin-over-twin bunks ideal for younger guests.

The private dock area includes a covered boat slip with a shaded lounging space outfitted with hammock chairs and a bench—ideal for enjoying the view with a drink in hand. Launch kayaks or paddleboards with ease right from the dock, and wind down the evening by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and recounting the day's adventures.
With smart TVs in every room, beautifully tiled fireplaces, beverage bar with fridge, and decks that connect directly to four of the bedrooms, Carolina Sunrise is the kind of place where every guest can find their favorite spot—indoors or out.

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
