Om boendet

Relax at this peaceful place to stay located in the Water's Edge Community. Three bedrooms upstairs, master with a balcony, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious living space with large balcony overlooking Saratoga Lake.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse. The first floor has closets, a half bath, dining area set for 6, kitchen stocked with the basics, and living room with 70" TV. There is a large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating attached to the main living area. Upstairs are three bedrooms - master with bathroom and balcony, 2 bedrooms, and full bathroom. The ground floor/in law suite includes kitchenette, full bathroom, and Murphy bed which sleeps 2, and an outdoor area. Washer and dryer are also on the ground floor.

Minutes walk to waterfront. 4 minutes drive to Saratoga National Golf Course and Saratoga National Prime restaurant, 8 minute drive to Saratoga Race Track, and 11 minute drive to downtown Saratoga.

This townhouse is located in the Waters Edge community. Use of community amenities - indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts - require a brief orientation with the Home Owners Association, and will be given a temporary fob at that time. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in, and I can put you in touch with the HOA.

We only rent to responsible adults, and families. No large parties, or excessive noise.

Fantastic rental

We had a fabulous holiday weekend. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped condo . The view of the lake is phenomenal! We would definitely rent there again.

Perfect family vacation!

Perfect place for our family vacation. The house was beautiful with everything we needed. Great layout and plenty of space for all of us (7 adults and a toddler). We were comfortable and took advantage of all the amazing amenities. And the view is amazing, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or dinner on the deck. Hosts are super attentive and answer questions quickly.highly recommend, we can't wait to go back!

Great lakeside location!

This vacation rental was so relaxing. The amenities were everything described and all of our favorite Saratoga spots were just a short drive away! The owners were accommodating to our young family traveling and we couldn’t be more appreciative. We look forward to visiting again and recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the lake and still be close to downtown Saratoga!

Family vacation

Great house and beautiful view! Our family vacation had a rough start after needing to leave our first rental after 2 days. Meg and her husband were very accommodating and made arrangements so we could check-in same day. The townhome was perfect for our group - very clean and had everything we needed. Community (lake and pool access) and location (very close to downtown and the track) were ideal as well. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome basket and sets of silverware wrapped and ready to use. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Experience

This vacation was great thanks to this wonderful town home and its owners! The amenities were everything that were in the description of the property. The pools, lake beach, fishing availability, gym, grills, picnic tables overlooking the lake made it so that you didn't want to explore all that Saratoga has to offer. The town home is conveniently located to downtown Saratoga, the State Park, Saratoga racetrack and the Casino. The owners had left a great booklet about everything about the town home and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We had 3 generations in our party and the town home was perfect for us!. The owners were great and we highly recommend this property
