Guests have access to the entire townhouse. The first floor has closets, a half bath, dining area set for 6, kitchen stocked with the basics, and living room with 70" TV. There is a large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating attached to the main living area. Upstairs are three bedrooms - master with bathroom and balcony, 2 bedrooms, and full bathroom. The ground floor/in law suite includes kitchenette, full bathroom, and Murphy bed which sleeps 2, and an outdoor area. Washer and dryer are also on the ground floor.

Minutes walk to waterfront. 4 minutes drive to Saratoga National Golf Course and Saratoga National Prime restaurant, 8 minute drive to Saratoga Race Track, and 11 minute drive to downtown Saratoga.

This townhouse is located in the Waters Edge community. Use of community amenities - indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts - require a brief orientation with the Home Owners Association, and will be given a temporary fob at that time. We only rent to responsible adults, and families. No large parties, or excessive noise.
