Perfect for keeping beach snacks handy, the kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Your peaceful setting is only three-quarters of a mile from Old Town Bandon, with ten square blocks of local shops and restaurants along the Coquille River. Bandon’s famous beaches are within a two-mile drive, and serene hiking trails can be found just minutes away.

We had a family emergency and was only able toStay for one night and had to head home as our son was in the ICU. Sure wish they had a refund policy for our situation. We were so looking forward to our vacation but instead we spent it in the hospital. It was a good location and easy to get in and out of.

Nice place, no staff

The room was nice. The fridge stank horribly, maybe someone put crab in it before us. When we went to the office to grab toiletries, the office was closed, no one was there at any point during our stay.

I loved the location. However, it changed from a motel (when I reserved it 2 months ago) to a vacation home (3 weeks ago). I was not notified of this. There is no longer a daily cleaning service. I was not happy with this!

Everything about the Lamplighter Inn was as expected. No fuss or frills but did the job of an easy place to stay for a few days with our dog while enjoying the wonderful beaches of Bandon. The check in process was easy and the property manager was accessible and timely in response to any text inquiries.

It's all about expectations

A newer trend in economy travel - contactless economical accommodations. Easy in / easy out. Clean - no frills. For the budget minded doing a stop over on the way from Point A to Point B.

Parking was an issue first day. Had to park offsite with car full of valuable equipment. Unloaded car because of security concern. Reported issue. Quick response with message that will contact local property manage. No further response offering accommodation. Next day parking more secure but someone parked in spot assigned to my room. Reported issue but no response. Really upset about unsecured parking first day. Arrived late and did not intend to unload car. Very annoying and further annoyed about lack of follow up accommodation.
