Can you feel the breeze? This first floor, easily accessible, newly listed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort villa is the perfect home away from home. "Coral Reef Retreat" sleeps up to 6 people and has just been completely updated and professionally decorated. No expense was spared when renovating this beauty. The owners suite includes a Queen size bed, flat screen tv, and shabby chic decor. Need room to squeeze in more guests? Take advantage of the bunk beds, and queen size sleeper sofa offered for extra sleepers. The bathroom is extremely spacious and includes a tub shower combo. The kitchen has all brand new soft brown cabinetry, full sized appliances to include a dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and sink. The kitchen is open to a beautifully designed living room with a flat screen tv, separate dining table and slider door access to the serene marsh facing balcony. Youâll love to have coffee in the morning and listen to the wildlife. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers 2 pools including the islands largest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis courts with night lighting, a playground, fitness center, conference room, 3 onsite restaurants, and community grills.
Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! During the summer months, there are multiple kid-friendly activities like hair braiding, family movie night at the pool, ice cream, trivia, magic, karaoke, airbrush tattoos, and more!
The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.
This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you are bringing a service animal! This condo is NON-SMOKING or vaping, even on the balcony.
