Escape to paradise in Carolina Breeze. This newly remodeled 2-bedroom/2-bath rental is located mid-island in the prestigious Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Perfect for families or small groups, this spacious property comfortably sleeps 8 and features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for all your culinary needs. We provide linens, soap, and dishwashing detergent. You will have all of the comforts of home. You are about a 3-4 minute walk to the beautiful resort beach with the famous Jamaica Joe'z beachside bar and resort pool. Enjoy the resort’s incredible amenities, including free access to tennis and pickle ball courts as well as the largest beachside pool on Hilton Head Island. You can relax and soak up the sun. Savor delicious meals at one of the two on-site restaurants or take a short stroll to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. After a great day in the sun and surf, sit back and relax on the balcony and take in the beautiful sunset over the lagoon! You will be thrilled with Caroline Breeze!

Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! During the summer months, there are multiple kid-friendly activities like hair braiding, family movie night at the pool, ice cream, trivia, magic, karaoke, airbrush tattoos, and more!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you have a service animal! This condo is also NON-SMOKING or vaping even on the balcony.

Great stay

We were very pleased with this condo and had a great vacation! Our family stays here every year and we love it! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans, which is really helpful for cooking! The things was that could have improved our stay was more towels and to fix the sink (leaking w/low pressure).

Great condo in HH

The property and owners were great. The place was very nice and had little extras like trash bags, salt and pepper, and aluminum foil, etc. that made it especially nice. It was very clean!

Great condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean and spacious! It was very close to the beach and there were plenty of beach boys if you have children. The unit was a short walk to the playground. This is our 5th year staying at this resort and we hope to stay at this unit again next year. Brenda is wonderful and very helpful.

Nice off season stay

Quite resort in the off-season, nice beach. Older building complex, but unit was clean and comfortable. Only issue was late night noise from party house rental on property abutting the resort.

Great trip!

The condo is clean and comfortable, and is exactly as listed. We really loved having close access to a big pool and beach, and loved that the hosts provided coolers and beach toys and chairs to use. That was amazing!

Our first experience at Hilton Head was so fun! The condo is perfect size for family of 4. We loved the porch in the evenings. Nice, clean, quiet, great location! Loved the walking to the beach, the bike rental super close, and good food all around. Thanks!

Nice place for family to stay

Very clean, able to walk to beach. Loved riding bikes to local restaurants. Building beside road but it was quiet, lagoon behind condo. Only complaint was the twin beds were uncomfortable and noisy but there was a pull out sofa that we were able to use.

Loved this place!

We are very pleased with our stay here! Everything was clean. It was just a short walk to the pool and beach. We have a three-year-old and six-year-old and they never complained once About the distance. We did take a cart and that was very handy to take back-and-forth. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy; great place for families

Nicely decorated, quiet, clean and cozy condo. Photos make it look bigger than it is. Resort pool is large and property is well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed. Sofa bed is a little worn out and I had trouble with wifi, but that was easily fixed. This unit is the farthest away from the beach, on the third floor, without a elevator. We got our steps in :) Balcony has a nice view of the pond. Great location in the center of the island and close to the bike paths. We will stay here again!

Perfect place for a long weekend getaway.

Arrived late Wednesday evening. Check in was very easy. Property staff was great and helpful. Found the unit equipped with all the amenities of home. Owner provided some of the things you would need for the beach i.e chairs , umbrella, coolers etc. Only had to purchased some beach towels which we left/ donated for future guest to use. Thru email messages we developed a great repoire with the owners. They were very accommodating when we needed to make changes to our trip. I would definitely stay at this property again. Resort family vacation

We loved the place! Clean, updated, fit our family of 6 just fine. We didn’t realize how nice it would be to have access to the resort where the property is. We used the pool, tennis courts, restaurant (saw live gators!), and especially the beach access. They also had events each day at the resort such as movie night at the pool and an educational hour over sea turtles! It is close to shopping and walking distance to two restaurants, we even had live music one of the nights. The kitchen was well stocked with many utensils. We did run out of toilet paper but there was 6 of us for a week, so not surprising! The air conditioning worked well and we used the beach cart and toys nearly every day! Would love to come back again someday!

Good Family Vacation

Overall this is a good unit with everything you need to have a nice family vacation. Surrounding area is very nice and the beach is a 10 minute walk through the complex… but there was plenty of parking to just take the kids in the van and walk right on to the board walk. It was too cold for the pool, but it was a very nice pool. A couple of items I overlooked on the listing that would probably have me pick another place next time were that there is no washer and dryer inside the unit and it is on the third floor without an elevator. Not a huge deal, I just overlooked it on the listing. May not be a big deal at all to others, but with kids we are generally washing a lot of clothes on vacation, so that would be nice. Overall a great place and very clean.

First time visitors

The apartment was very clean and every single thing one could use was provided. The thoughtfulness was outstanding. We have no complaints about any aspect of the apartment. The beach on the other hand was like something I haven’t seen in the US anywhere. The water was so murky we could barely see our hands underwater and the debris from the grass plants lines the shores in not a good way. For as much as I have heard about HH’s beaches being so beautiful, I would now say that it most certainly not true. The experience was overall not bad, the resort has bike rentals and that was probably the best activity. The bike paths connect everything and they are absolutely gorgeous!

Right-Sized, Well Kept.

Overall, the property was just as described. The owners communicated clearly and the check-in was a breeze. While the unit is the farthest point from the beach on the property, a short walk or drive can still get you there. Plenty of extras available: chairs, sand toys, pool toys, etc. The only downsides are that the unit does need a little routine maintenance (Caulk, peeling paint near sliding door) and the Ecobee thermostat does lower the temp overnight which makes for some cool mornings. Also, the twin beds to tend to make some noise. None of these things are more than observances. Overall 9.5/10.

Great Stay All Around

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was very clean and had all the hardware to cook meals. We actually decided to go to the grocery store to buy food to cook instead of eating out. It was great. Not only was the condo immaculate, the neighbors around were so nice. Dont let the maps fool you. The walk to the beach/pool is a breeze. If you dont feel like walking, just drive. There's always ample parking. The playground is just right around the corner. It is super nice as well. It was so much fun watching the turtles swim in the lagoon from the comfort of the balcony. We will definitely be back to stay at this condo. My compliments to the owners. You are a shining example of how it should be done! Book this now....before I do again!!!
