Overall a really nice stay. Slight issue with some of the appliances, but owner was very responsive. I’d love to rent it again. Only downside is significant road noise. Really close to the water. Great Lake. Nice little private beach.

Great experience. Cottage #1 was like brand new, cute and had everything we needed and more. Bed was comfortable. The room stayed cool with AC it was very humid Aug 1. The porch was perfect for watching the rain storm and bugfree. The beach was a close walk, water was very shallow but (great for kids if you had some). The host communicated very well. The GPS gave us incorrect side of street. But BLOSSOMS sign was visible.

Double bed doesn’t work. Coffee maker had rust in it and no kettle for boiling water only Teflon pans. No beach excess just walk path to cement.

I stayed in cabin 1, it was the absolute nicest and cleanest cabin I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. With taxes and fees for 7 nights was so4th of July week! Let me tell you about the host though, I reached out to her a few times leading up to my stay, she responded quickly and was very informative. During my stay I dropped the keys and thought I had locked them in my cabin, she was willing to drive over and let me in 8:15pm. Just incase the next guests don't realize this at first, I thought that the little sandy beach area to the left when you walk down the path to the lake was the house nextdoors property, it's for the guests at Blossoms.I look forward to staying here again next year! Also, If I "had" only one complaint and it's more selfish than a complaint I only wish it was a little easier for me to get my kayak in the lake.

The cottage was clean, cute, and cozy. Location was ideal—close to restaurants and shops. All appliances were working well. We were disappointed about the beach access. It was very rocky and shallow—difficult to swim and walk around. The walk to the beach was also longer than we expected and there were many tripping hazards. Unfortunately as we were packing our things, the cleaning staff member knocked on our door at 10:13am—she told us we were late checking out and asked how much longer we would be. I explained that the VRBO listed check out as 11am, but she rudely dismissed this multiple times, stating abruptly “No, it’s ten”. We then felt very rushed and almost chastised. As we were about to drive off at approximately 10:30, she came back and tried to apologize, as she had reviewed the website herself and saw that it did state 11am check out. I do appreciate her coming back, but the initial interaction left a bad impression. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would likely not return.

Nice little cabin. Clean, comfortable, welcoming in peaceful setting. Gas cooktop and oven with apartment size frig/freezer make meal prep possible. Or, dining options nearby. Access to the lake, awesome! Only con is that on colder evenings, portable heaters provided did not amply heat the space.

The little house that could

This cottage was adorable! It was clean, although it did have cobwebs. Bathroom was immaculate. Shower is small so be prepared. Kitchen was adequate, it needs a better knife available and a cutting board. The location was good for what we wanted. The lake is not quite out the door as we anticipated due to the pictures presented in the listing. That was a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker. Everyone should go to Plymouth by way of Dick Brown Rd for an awesome experience.

Everything you need for a weekend getaway!

My girlfriend and I were lucky to squeeze this booking in or short notice during a busy weekend and the property manager helped up all the way! The cottage had everything one would need during a weekend getaway such as a full bed, kitchen, full bathroom and television with cable. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. I love the rustic feel and the home had a great view of the lake!

Great stay

This cottage was cute. It is perfect for 2 people. It has all of the necessities! The shower is a bit small but I would definitely stay here again. The owner was very helpful and was available at anytime. A binder was also prepared with local restaurants and activities.

Newfound Lake stay

Excellent customer service, wonderful communication with property manager. Very friendly and helpful. Very sweet cottage. Property is close to the lake but also close to the highway so got noisy at night.
