Best location for Seaside and the beach!

Bringing the best of both worlds, this peaceful creekside home awaits you and your family for what’s soon to be your favorite beach vacation. A mere six-minute walk out the door, your feet are in the powder white sand at one of the quietest beaches along 30A. A short stroll or bike ride along the quiet paths and stone-paved streets takes you to the fun and energy of Seaside, where you can enjoy an ice cream cone or fresh seafood while you people-watch or gaze at the sparkling sea.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $500 for up to two well-behaved animals. We also have a golf cart available for an additional $800/week fee.

This property does not include access to a community pool, but we have a spacious 1000 sq. ft. deck and private plunge pool.

Great Month in Seaside

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the house, location, and amenities. 5 min walk to the near private beach, a few mins to Seaside and other great restaurants, and Publix is very close. Pool is a great break from the beach. Highly recommended.

Spring Break 2023

Jessica was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions. The house was beautiful, well equipped, conveniently located, and comfortable. So nice to have access to the golf cart. The addition of the deck and plunge pool made our stay even better. We had a wonderful week!

30-A getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay. The golf cart came in very handy for short trips close to the house. The house is very nice and clean. It has all the modern amenities that one will need on vacation.

We had the best trip and the house was perfect. Great location to town and the golf cart made it that much easier to get into town! Hope to be back one day!
