This architect-designed home features a private pool, bold coastal design, and room for up to 14 guests. With soaring ceilings, high-end finishes, and unbeatable walkability to Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach, Salty Days is the perfect 30A getaway for families and groups.
Traveling with a larger group? The home next door is also available and accommodates an additional 14 guests!
If you'd like to use the on-site golf cart during your stay, it’s available to rent for $99 per day. Please reach out for details and availability. A signed golf cart agreement is required for all licensed drivers.

30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:
☼ One roll of paper towels
☼ Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
☼ A few trash bags
☼ Laundry detergent
☼ Dishwasher pods
If you’re staying for a while or run out, we’re happy to help you locate the nearest grocery or convenience store.
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in (only needs to be signed by the guest who booked).
☼ A golf cart agreement must be signed before we can share the key code for the golf cart. You’ll receive a link to this agreement in your check-in message.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one over 25 in the group will be required to pay a security deposit.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules below. Booking your stay confirms your agreement to these terms:

☼ No smoking of any kind inside the home
☼ No parties or events without prior written approval

☼ Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times

☼ No personal items may be hung over balconies, railings, or outdoor structures
☼ Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly
