Kihei Bay Vista # A-102 är en bottenvåningenhet som ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden. Denna enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, Det finns en king size-säng i sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Denna enhet är immaculate med klinkergolv, ny disk-toppar och har höghastighetsinternet service. Luftkonditionering rum enhet i vardagsrummet bara. Faciliteterna inkluderar teak lanai möbler, solstolar, boogie boards, strand kylare och snorkel utrustning. Det finns också en bärbar spjälsäng om du har små. Kihei Bay Vista ligger tvärs över gatan från Whale Sanctuary och en mycket lång sträcka av stranden. Convenient location in Kiehei

Such a convenient location, so clean and bed and pillows very comfy. Well appointed with beach, pool and picnic gear. Kitchen has all the necessities and supply of spices. Pool right outside your door. Great stay!!

Much Needed Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean our unit was. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the proximity to an awesome, kid-friendly beach and whale center were great! We will be back for sure!

A perfectly priced part of paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. It is less than a 2 minute walk from the beach and is perfectly located on S. Kihei road. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee and a quick yoga flow. Parking was plentiful and the whole complex was very quiet during our stay. Inside of the condo has a nice living room, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and comfy bed in the bedroom. All the things you need for a comfortable and relaxing time!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay. Nice complex in a good area. The patio overlooked a nice grassy area. Just across the street from the ocean. The A/C worked great. I really appreciate the condo having a blender and cable television. One tiny thing is I wish there were more beach towels available but doing laundry was an option.

Great stay in Kihei

Had agrear stay at this condo. It seemed new/modern. It was clean and very well-equipped, with plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans. Bedroom was very comfortable. Nice pool and BBQ area. It's right across the road from a very nice beach where I caught a wonderful Maui sunset. Also convenient to the commetcial areas of Kihei. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice little one bedroom. Found it clean and pretty well appointed. Good location. Maintenance of the grounds leaves a lot to be desired. Grass was long. Sidewalks filthy dirty. Garbage in the shrubbery. It's really not a huge property. Perhaps they could hire someone with a power washer, leaf blower and a garbage bag with the exorbitant rental fees the management company charges. Otherwise? Hey, it's Maui. I'm going to submit yes for a recommendation,but only because the unit itself was nice.

We've been to 48 continental states. This was our best vacation ever!

Everything was great except the living room television. It had 3 remote controls, and we could not get it to work for the last 2 days Saturday and Sunday. We would recommend a modern single serve coffee maker, like a Keurig or Farberware. Also there was no on site office manager, so the mailbox was completely stuffed full. I could not put our check in information into the mailbox, and their wouldn't have been anyone coming to receive it anyway. We love your condo, and Kihei, and all of Maui. Mahalo!

Just ok...

We arrived late at night via taxi and as we pulled up to the area the taxi cab driver said this was not a great area and was scared and proceeded to lock her car doors. I went to find our room only to find sombody else was in it. The man who opened the door freaked me out and i didnt get a good vibe. This was my own fault as i thought our check in was the 23 not the 24 but again not off to a good foot and didnt want to go back to the property after that. Ultimatley we decided to check it out in the daylight and decided to give it another try. We brought all of our bags to the property and began to unpack when we discovered roaches in the apartment. I was not aware that there would be bugs in the unit and my mother who was travelling with us was terrified and couldnt sleep the whole night & only ended up staying 1 night out of the 3. The proerty itself was ok, came with everything we needed except no sugar for the coffee (that we could find) and location was central, pool was also well maintained and check in was easy. Overall we had an okay stay, but the rocky start and roaches were not a great experince for us.

Well equipped condo. Very comfortable.

Pros Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, attractive decor, good shower, washer and dryer. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards, coolers etc. Clean. Good location by beach with protected turtles. Quiet (but see cons below). Cons Parking lot is outside bedroom windows so occasionally some night noise especially people locking their car with double car horn beeps. Not near the tourist part of town with restaurants and shops (a bonus in my opinion). A short drive to popular beaches Kam I, II and III beaches but you will need a car. Would be nice to have USB outlets. I would stay there again.

Perfect Kihei Location

WOW! The location of this condo in Kihei is PERFECT! Right across the street from a turtle resting beach, and out of the loud part of Kihei which can sometimes be a bit loud. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this perfect condo and will be sure to recommend it to my family and friends. Mahalo!!

Maui Getaway

This is our third time staying in the Kihei area. The condo was great. It was very quiet and the split air conditioning system was perfect for those of us that are not used to the heat. The location was a little further away from the restaurant area in Kihei where we normally stay, but we always rent a car when we come, so it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely recommend and stay at this condo again.

Perfect little home base for our getaway

This was a great location for us. The island is a good size to be able to get around just about anywhere during the day and we had a quiet retreat for mornings and evenings. Kitchen is well stocked there's a nice, private patio/deck, and the bed was very comfortable. It's a short drive to the grocery stores and lively night life of Kihei. Lahaina is about 35-50 min away for a lot of the excursions, depending on time of departure and how many wandering tourists are ignoring the speed limit. 😉 Private pool and hot tub on site, plus a 2 min walk to a small beach. Overall one of the best condos we've ever had on a vacation.

Great space in a great spot

The condo is in a great location in Kihei. It’s about 1 hour 30 mins from Haleakala, 2 hours 30 mins from Hana, and 45 mins from Lahaina. Overall, a great rental in a great spot. The unit has all of things you need to be comfortable. Having the ability to wash clothes was great. We did our laundry before leaving so we weren’t packing dirty clothes. There is cable but no streaming equipment. I brought a chromecast for my streaming services. There are enough towels and beach towels in the unit. Also, there is a blender in the unit. It’s above the stove. We didn’t find that till the last day. The bedding was comfortable and there were a number of pillows on the bed and extras in the closet. Plus, extra blankets and sheets. There are beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and coolers in the closet.
