This spot was perfect for our 2-night stay—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal—close to everything without feeling busy or crowded. Sonya was awesome and really accommodating with our arrival, which made things super easy. Honestly, no complaints at all—would 100% stay here again.

Sonya's home is very nice with up to date appliances and well stocked. The location is great, with lots of restaurants in the area and close to downtown, shopping and hiking trail and of course the Rocks!

Perfect location in West Sedona. Just a block or two off the main road but super quiet. After a day of driving, hiking & exploring it was so refreshing to be able to walk to the grocery store; Mexican, Thai and/or vegetarian restaurant. Two spacious primary bedrooms with two bathrooms - perfect for two couples who each want some privacy and space. Everything is updated and clean. The kitchen is well appointed so we were able to prepare meals there with ease. Sonya, the host, responded to all questions within minutes with informative and thoughtful replies/suggestions. We would certainly recommend and would rent again!

Great accomodations and location

Very well appointed on the inside. Easy to get to all major attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.We were also able to do some late night star gazing.We had a great time visiting the area!

I highly recommend this property for a stay in Sedona. The house was very clean and had all the amenities! It is very centrally-located and easy to get anywhere in Sedona; be it Uptown, or the very west side of West Sedona. We ended up walking most places due the amazing scenery! Excellent restaurants, breweries, etc. all over. It’s just a great overall place and we had a blast. Thank you!

Great place to stay in West Sedona

My family and I wanted a comfy place to eat, sleep and relax after a few hikes. This place was perfect because it had the essentials once you arrive but it is conveniently located near many stores so you can easily pick up food to eat out or in. The location was perfect because we were close to many of the well known hikes. I would highly recommend staying at the Coffee Pot!

We liked this property a lot. There were four adults (two couples) in our party. The house was very clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well equipped and everything in the house worked perfectly. The house is also in a convenient location. Highly recommend.

Weekend in West Sedona

Perfect Sedona cottage

Beautiful home and the pictures don’t do justice. The home was recently renovated. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all of the amenities you could imagine. Great location - only minutes from the trails. Great communication with the owners. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Sedona Stay

This property was just what the doctor ordered! Two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms with every modern convenience, including full size toiletries. The showers are gorgeous! The full size kitchen is a chef's dream, especially the gas stove. It's beautifully decorated and it has excellent pans, pots, plates and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. All appliances are newer, coffee maker is awesome and the host has thought of everything you might need. The gas grill outside is top notch! The entire unit is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. BUT the best part of this property is the host. Incredibly responsive and very kind, and there were so many wonderful details, including a book about the history of the house & the city, restaurant recommendations and more. BEST VRBO experience ever!!
