Great house!

The location is perfect, you can do several hikes from the house and get to two grocery stores without getting on the main road! The house is well equipped and very cozy. Would stay there again.

Sedona Trip

Our family had an amazing time during our visit to Arizona. The house was beautiful and would 100% recommend this property. The views were amazing and we spent quite some time just lounging on the back patio and admiring the mountains. Our host was great and made sure we had a pack n play available for our grandson. A definite 10 out of 10!

A perfect getaway

We love this warm and inviting spot! It is a perfect place to build life long memories with family and friends. The location is superb as hiking, groceries, Sedona’s Sunday farmer’s market, art finds, etc are all within walking distance. The hosts (Sandy and Jeff) are great at communicating and will help out with anything that is needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Stunningly Beautiful Property

This property was ideal for our needs--beautifully laid out and decorated home, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor lounge, cooking and dining space, and breathtaking views of Sugarloaf. We particularly appreciated being able to walk 3 blocks to a nice trail head, and not have to deal with the parking or shuttle hassles at so many Sedona trails this busy week. Communication with the host was outstanding. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was ideal- 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to a grocery store, coffeeshop and brewery. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Stunning views, convenient location

Amazing red rock views at this convenient west side home. Lots of room choices for the family and all the comforts home. It was great to meet Sandy at the trail work day which was the main reason for our short visit.

Great Stay in Sedona

Sandy was a fantastic host. The house did not disappoint. Everything about it was very thoughtful for what a guest would need and then some! The snacks and water were perfect and so appreciated as were all the guide books!!We enjoyed hiking, a day trip to the Grand Canyon, and renting mountain bikes to take on some of the amazing trails in Sednona! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay in Sedona!

This was our first time to Sedona and we are so glad we chose this house to stay in! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sandy has been taking very good care of this rental and it shows. It is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the backyard, access to the trails with just a short walk, and an overall convenient location. If we come back to Sedona, we would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you, Sandy!

Wonderful stay

Just left after a long weekend at this property and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was neat as a pin and very well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and the stargazing at night was terrific. Highly recommend this listing if you are planning a trip to beautiful Sedona.

Fabulous rental house!

The house was spotless, spacious, in a nice quiet W. Sedona neighborhood and the views were breathtaking!! Host was quick to respond to questions. This was my first trip to Sedona. I sure hope to go back some day and stay in this beautiful home again.

Family vacation

The house is amazing, the location is amazing, the views are amazing. We loved everything about this property. Sandy was an excellent host and the house had all the conveniences of home and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into this vacation rental.
