The place was great and on a quiet dead end street. It was in the 80's while we were there and the AC unit could not keep up with the upstairs. The two bedrooms up there were uncomfortable to sleep in due to the heat and no ceiling fans in the entire house.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the quiet location. We're sorry the upstairs wasn't as comfortable during the warmer weather. If this had been reported during your stay, we would have been happy to help troubleshoot or find a solution, but we understand you wanted to simply enjoy your trip. We appreciate your comments and hope to host you again.

Enjoyed our stay. The yard was large and private and the neighborhood was older but quiet. Furnishing and decor was stylish and sturdy. Would have liked for there to be TVs in the bedrooms. Overall a nice stay!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We came for a long weekend to attend a concert. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was a tad warm upstairs, and the hosts asked that the AC not be turned below a certain amount (can't remember what that was exactly, but it was reasonable. I think the issue was more with the circulation of air throughout the house) but the provided fans really helped with that. We'd stay here again.

Pretty let down

I was really hopeful based on other reviews of this property which all are very positive. Starting with the good, management was easy to work with and check in/out was easy. The bad: towels were stained, earwigs inside the property with multiple being found in the bed on the lower level. The neighborhood to the east was quite sketchy, but to the west it was nice.
