Better than expected

When we arrived we were off out by the trash that was overflowing next to the house and the curb appeal. However the house was clean and the beds comfortable! The kitchen could use some more inventory and the features were dated.

Functional and convenient

This house is functional for folks who are not spending a lot of time at the house. The bathroom is big and the beds were comfortable. There is limited seating but it offers the basic amenities. The home has a convenient location for the Greensboro area.

Clean and Quaint

The property was easy to get find and centrally located to some family attractions that we wanted to visit. It was very clean, modern, and had plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 smaller children. It was a great alternative to a cramped hotel room after a long day of family fun around the Greensboro area.

Just what we needed!

This home was perfect for what we needed. It is a pet friendly home and our dog joined us on this trip. It's an easy drive to the Coliseum which was convenient for us. While the home is a small older home in an older neighborhood, it is tidy and clean. The manager was very quick to respond to questions as we were getting settled in and acknowledged some damage that had occurred with previous renters. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed for a stay in Greensboro to hear a concert at the Coliseum. We did end up hiring a local UNCG student to stay with our dog while we were at the concert. She is a young dog and we didn't want her alone in a new environment. Thanks so much!

Christmas in Greensboro

When we had a last minute request to add our dog, I was surprised at how easy it was to make the change. The property managers are excellent. The house was just right for my husband and me. Everything was neat and tidy. The linens and towels are hotel quality. It is obvious the owner worked hard to create a welcoming space. We were close to our family in Greensboro as well as downtown. Thank you!

Cute and clean!

This was the perfect little spot stay while spending a weekend in Greensboro. So convenient to have the kitchen, laundry, and 3 bedrooms for an affordable price. Communication with Beth, the property manager, was fantastic.

The absolute BEST!!!!

The space was absolutely what was promised. The bed was super comfy and clean. The keyless access was a nice addition as well as the modern decor, included toiletries and coffee machine. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Greensboro.
