Lovely Cape Home

This home had everything we needed: a beautiful backyard with lots of fun yard games, the most comfortable beds and was exceptionally clean. The owner answered all our questions and took care of a small maintenance issue very promptly. We’d love to come back!

Fantastic classic cape home

Beautiful well kept home convenient to beaches. Lovely classic hamptons style backyard with pretty landscaping. Upstairs loft is huge!

Beautiful house in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chatham at Frank’s. Beautiful home. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely loved the fire pit even though the weather wasn’t too great for us. The beds were comfortable , and the kitchen was equipped with all necessities. He was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. he gave us ideas of where to eat, and what to do…The beach being just under a mile away was great. I would definitely rent his place again.

Lovely Stay

The house is exactly as depicted in the listing. Frank is a wonderful host as he is responsive and easy to work with. The house was was well-stocked and was clean. The fire pit and patio are beautiful. The house is walking distance to two beaches and there a wonderful restaurant on the corner (which Frank recommended). The bike trail is right down the road for easy access. The location of the home is wonderful for seeing and doing everything in Chatham. Lovely stay!

Amazing!!

The property was beautiful and incredibly clean. Not only were we close to the beach and downtown Chatham, but the backyard had so much to offer including a great deck and fire pit. Frank was also incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond when needed. I look forward to staying again next summer!

Great place on cape cod

The property is beautiful and so comfortable. Location is great for heading to many different beaches. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL, and CHARMING HOME

The house was just beautifully done and was what you see online. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The beds are all very comfortable. We are a family of five and we really enjoyed this home. We loved having coffee out on the deck in the morning. The yard is so beautiful and private. Our kids loved having a bond fire and s’mores in the evening and playing corn hole. This location is close to down town Chatham and our favorite beach Hardings. We will definitely rent again next summer! Nicole

Wonderful Cape Cod Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect. There were four of us but it could easily sleep 8. The interior was well appointed and very tastefully decorated. The landscaping was gorgeous and it was a short walk to the beach! We would highly recommend it!

Pictures are worth a thousand words.

The descriptions and especially the pictures, are so accurate. This property was beautifully appointed and very clean. We really enjoyed the backyard and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The family friendly environment was ideal with the fire pit & outdoor games. It was also wonderful to be able to walk to the beach in the morning. So convenient. Frank was a wonderful host providing prompt information and answering any questions I had through the website. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Denise

Wonderful week in Chatham!

My family and I had an amazing week in Chatham staying at this quaint home. The location was perfect, very central and the home and yard are a perfect oasis for a few days. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend to other families!
