My husband was seeing the Cape for the first time - me, after 40 years. This house was absolutely perfect - cozy, comfortable, filled with light, so convenient to everything. And so filled with everything we needed: great cooking utensils (inclusinf sharp knives); a shaker, jigger, and other drink utensils; a great kitchen; comfortable mattresses (not too hard, not too soft); and so much info about what to do on the Cape. What a perfect place.

This was an excellent vacation in every way. Great location, clean and very well equipped and maintained home. Anything that we might have needed was included. Lovely deck and grounds. Very comfortable rooms. Our host, Bonnie was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would definitely return when we are next in Chatham.

Bonnie was an absolutely amazing host! We had the most wonderful girls trip in Chatham. Super close to downtown and a super cute neighborhood. The house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and had adorable cape cod charm. Bonnie’s communication is top tier, and she makes her guests feel so welcome! Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 loved staying here! The house was in a nice peaceful neighborhood and had everything that we needed for our week on the cape. It was so close to Main Street Chatham and walkable to so many great places to eat. We ate dinner at the house a couple of nights, Bonnie had all the items we needed, a grill, pots, bowls, silverware, cups, etc… we weren’t without anything that we needed. The coffee maker was a beautiful thing each morning! The house is stocked with everything we needed for the beach too, beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have and she even had a little cooler there for everyone to use, which was nice. Bonnie was an excellent host and was able to answer any questions we had immediately. This is a great place to stay, we were very comfortable and happy here! 10 out of 10!

Great place with a wonderful property manager

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and well-situated, with easy access to Chatham and surrounding areas. The property manager is the best we have ever worked with, always friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this property.

Bonnie is an amazing host! We had absolutely everything we needed for a 3 night stay and Bonnie was so quick to answer us! We loved the use of the grill on the deck. Location was also in great driving distance to everything. Definitely will plan on staying here again!! :)

Wonderful Cape stay!

This house was perfect - clean and fully stocked with everything our family of four needed during our stay! The deck, outdoor shower, and backyard were wonderful and the house was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and just a short drive to the beaches. We can’t wait to come back!

Adorable Chatham Cottage

This was the cutest cottage! Bonnie was a dream to work with and we were not far from town so we biked all over! Super clean and great neighborhood! Perfect family trip!

A great base for area activities

We enjoyed our stay and took part in the area beaches, whale watching, sea food, and shopping. Much better than going to a commercialized beach in other states. Using this house and the convenient use of available extras such as beach chairs added to the enjoyment.

Cozy home in great location. awesome outdoor shower and back deck. Didn’t see a hammock in the back yard as shown in photos, but didn’t check with the hosts as it wasn’t a big deal. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay again!

Nat, It was a pleasure having you and your friends. Isn’t the outdoor shower great?! Glad you had a good time and the wedding was nice. The hammock is stored in the shed when not in use. Perfect Chatham home for our week vacation at the Cape! Beautiful 3BR with a large flat yard for the kids (8&4) to play in with yard games/soccer balls. My wife and I relaxed in the hammock most afternoons before dinner and the outdoor shower was a welcome sight after beach days. Several beaches just minutes away and Bonnie included the best descriptions for everything that made planning effortless (beaches, ice cream shops, restaurants, etc). The location was in the heart of it all with restaurants and pastry shops within walking distance and everything you need around the corner. We spent a day in Provincetown/Wellfleet starting at Dolphin Fleet Whale Watching tours (40 whales 80 seals!), followed by lunch at Truro Vineyards, and ending at The Beachcomber for beach time. Highly recommend that as a full day - Truro and Beachcomber are staples and you can’t go wrong. The Chatham A’s game was a highlight with a kids park and Summer Catch vibes (dating myself). 10/10 will be back and cannot recommend Bonnie enough! She made everything so simple with instant communication and details to make our family trip special. Thank you!

Chatham weekend

Bonnie was an exceptional host. Her cottage is in a perfect location for beach, restaurants, and shops. Bonnie’s communication was incredible- we felt very much taken care of upon arrival and throughout our trip. Thank you for a great stay!
