Great place to stay!

We came to visit family and this was a great home to stay in for the weekend. The house is clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. It's in a good location to walk to the stores and restaurants on Main Street or for a quick drive to Oxford. The owners are very friendly and very easy to work with and they are pet friendly!

Great Place

House was very clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to Main Street/downtown. We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this ranks at the top for cleanliness.

Lovely Home

This is a lovely home with plenty of space for family. Great kitchen with supporting utensils. Easy to entertain 8-10 total people for the evening. Great location too

A little gem in Water Valley

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Water Valley. This property is amazing! The house is new, clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Bobby was extremely helpful and quick to answer all questions we had. I highly recommend!!

Perfect place to stay in the Valley

Our favorite place to stay in Water Valley! This home is always clean and comfortable. Perfectly located near downtown and has plenty of room to visit with family and friends. Bobby and Cheryl are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Communication is top notch. Will definitely stay again!

Magical, restful, peaceful

This place was beautiful-a lovely home in a gorgeous town. Neat as a pin, clean, and beautifully decorated. Good beds, pretty kitchen, great yard. Owners were attentive; place was just lovely. Would definitely stay again.
