Relax in our spacious and updated home featuring 4 bedrooms, a loft with a pull-out bed, and 3 bathrooms—perfect for groups of up to 12. (Kids under 3 don’t count in numbers) Enjoy the private backyard oasis with a heated pool (winter) and cooled pool (summer) at no extra cost, ensuring year-round fun. Guests also have access to Power Ranch community amenities, including parks, trails, fishing ponds, two pools, and a splash pad.

The Space:
Our home is designed for comfort and fun. Unwind in the backyard with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor seating. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, large family room with a 65" 4K Smart TV, playroom for little ones, and a dining area perfect for meals or game nights. The upstairs loft is ideal for kids’ movie nights or gaming, while the bedrooms offer premier bedding for a restful sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, backyard with private pool, and all the Power Ranch amenities, including two additional community pools, a splash pad, parks, sports courts, trails, and a fishing pond.

Located in Power Ranch, we are just 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport and 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Enjoy close proximity to SanTan Village shopping, restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and Downtown Gilbert’s vibrant dining scene.

Parking is limited to two cars onsite, with street permits available upon request. Families with young children will appreciate amenities like a playhouse, highchair, and pack-n-plays.

We bought this home with our kids and grandkids in mind. We wanted a place for them to come and create memories. While we are not using it, we want others to enjoy what we have lovingly created. Whether you are grandparents, parents, girls looking for a get away or friends getting away for a golf weekend....we want everyone to experience the relaxation and positive energy here at the Sunshine Adventure Resort.

Within the community we have parks, sports fields, walking paths, olympic sized pools, splash pads, activities, movies in the park, fishing ponds and so much more!
