Relax in our spacious and updated home featuring 4 bedrooms, a loft with a pull-out bed, and 3 bathrooms—perfect for groups of up to 12. (Kids under 3 don’t count in numbers) Enjoy the private backyard oasis with a heated pool (winter) and cooled pool (summer) at no extra cost, ensuring year-round fun. Guests also have access to Power Ranch community amenities, including parks, trails, fishing ponds, two pools, and a splash pad.

The Space:
Our home is designed for comfort and fun. Unwind in the backyard with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor seating. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, large family room with a 65" 4K Smart TV, playroom for little ones, and a dining area perfect for meals or game nights. The upstairs loft is ideal for kids’ movie nights or gaming, while the bedrooms offer premier bedding for a restful sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, backyard with private pool, and all the Power Ranch amenities, including two additional community pools, a splash pad, parks, sports courts, trails, and a fishing pond.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was immaculate, all beds very comfortable, it is very well decorated with nice finishes, and is was amazingly stocked as far kitchenware/oils/spices etc and there were plenty of towels! Also, Jenny was prompt in replying to messages and very sweet. Excellent experience!

Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home

This home is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The floor plan is very functional, the decor is stylish, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is efficient and very well-stocked and the pool is lovely. There were three comfortable gathering locations and plenty of dining places.

One of our favorites!

My family and I really enjoyed this place. Perfect for a family with kids of all ages. My kids loved the heated pool and toys. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was the most organized and fully stocked place we have stayed. We will be back in the future!

Great getaway!!

We had a fantastic week! The house was so clean and well kept! The space was perfect and comfortable…the pool was amazing…heated so that we could swim in the morning when we awoke…such a treat! Jenny was always available and so helpful pre trip and during. Nice location..beds were comfortable and linens as advertised!! Thank you for the great week!

Awesome home with pool!

We had a fantastic stay at this Gilbert home. Beautiful pool, fully stocked kitchen, very clean and tastefully decorated with several gathering spots for family members, cute playhouse, enormous tv, quiet neighborhood yet still close to shopping and restaurants easy check in with owners, and miles of walking paths.

one of my sons is a Gilbert policeman and it has been 3 years since he, his family and his siblings have been together --we all had fun together Top Golf, Alta climbing, Barrett Jacksons but the best was just sitting down for dinner and sharing old fun family stories

Family Christmas Get-Away

This house is AMAZING!!! We loved everything about it. It was perfect for my grandchildren; all 7 of them!! The heated pool is a real plus! The little house under the stairs was a favorite place for the younger ones to play. The entire house is very well maintained & stocked with anything you could possibly need or want!!! Thanks for making our family Christmas the best ever!

Family vacation

This was our little boys first airplane trip. The place was beautiful, spacious, and loved the kids playroom with toys. The pool area was great for our family with awesome glossies and pool toys. Neighborhood was friendly and felt safe. We went for walks each day. Owner was quick and polite with all questions! We would definitely recommend this place to others!!

Just Perfect

I loved this property! It was set up for adults to infants. We appreciated not having to haul, pak-n-plays, booster seats & baby gates. The older kids loved the warm pool and the man cave. I appreciated the coffee pods, soaps and clean towels after a long day of travel. Great location.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation! We had a wonderful time!

We came to Arizona for a family vacation. This beautiful home was perfect for our group and we will definitely be back! The location was excellent and there are many activities close by. There is a nice park less than a block away. The neighborhood felt very safe. The house appeared to be new and everything was perfectly clean and in excellent condition. Our favorite feature at the house was the swimming pool. We enjoyed it so much! It was beautiful, very clean, and the water temperature was always very warm. There were floaties provided for the children. The house was spacious, it was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed the BBQ grill. There were two washing machines and two dryers which were very helpful. We had four children, ages 9 months to 6 years in our group. Everything we needed was provided, from a stair gate, highchair, baby monitor, sound machine, to two pack n plays. There were nice toys, games, balls, dress-up clothes and stuffed animals provided for all ages of children. Our grandchildren loved the playhouse! I greatly appreciated that there was a security lock on the back door with an alarm, for peace of mind that we'd be allerted if one of the kids went outside. Communication with the hosts was excellent! They were so helpful, very kind, and always responded promptly. Check-in and check-out was very convenient. I highly recommend this house for your vacation! You will love it! We look forward to coming back very soon!

Exceptional

We were in town for a wedding and had an awesome stay here! The booking process was quick and easy! The owners were quick to respond to any questions! The home was stocked with all the essential items and then some! Super clean and spacious! We had our 5 year old with us and he loved the cute little play area under the stairs! We all enjoyed the pool it was clean and heated….there was also pool toys to enjoy! The neighborhood was quite and just perfect for us! We would def stay here again if we were to travel to AZ in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family Wedding

This home is tastefully decorated and the pool was certainly an added welcome bonus for being in Phoenix during summertime! There were plenty of bath and pool towels, pots and pans for cooking in the Kitchen, huge washer and dryer, and spaces to sit, relax and chat. Only suggestion would be more general spices available for cooking. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and freeways are nearby. This home nicely accommodates 3 families with children. We recommend it.

Fantastic Family Getaway in AZ

My family of five recently enjoyed a fantastic holiday weekend stay in beautiful AZ, and I can't help but share our glowing review of this VBRO property. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the refreshing swimming pool. It provided endless hours of fun for our entire family. The kids couldn't get enough, and even the adults found it hard to resist taking a dip. It was the perfect way to beat the Arizona heat. Another perk of this vacation rental was its location in a picturesque neighborhood. Every morning, we took advantage of the scenic surroundings by going for invigorating bike rides and runs. Exploring the area was an absolute delight, and it added a whole new dimension to our stay. The house itself was a true gem. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the interior design added a touch of luxury to our vacation, making us feel right at home. The bedrooms were a dream. The comfortable beds and an abundance of pillows ensured that everyone in the family enjoyed a restful and deep sleep each night. Perfect family gathering house

We booked the house for ourselves, our children and our grandchildren to spend the holidays together. It was absolutely perfect. Space for everyone, super comfy beds, the pool was so fun. The kitchen was very workable with every amenity. The kids had so much fun!
