** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C. They share the common courtyard space, but each has a private entrance with dedicated porch seating **

Guest Access:
âą Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch. The entrance to the house is through the courtyard, accessed from Saint Philip St.
âą The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.
âą Parking: 1 parking space is provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.
