This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Great host communication in advance of travel. Place was exactly as photographed - location just outside of tourist zone but adjacent to great local coffeeshops, bars and restaurants was a welcome surprise - will stay again!

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this house. The location was great and easy to walk to places of interest. The only complaint we had was that there was a musty smell. We wondered if it was coming from the washer upstairs. Overall we would recommend this house.

Great place to stay

This property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The property manager was extremely helpful and communicated all pertinent information. The location was convenient- easy to walk to King street and a short uber to other hot spots! I highly recommend this property

Great location

This was a great spot from which to explore Charleston. The house was very clean and we appreciated the on-site parking, location, cleanliness, and proximity to wonderful local restaurants.

Great place for a getaway with friends!

We really enjoyed our weekend in Charleston. The house was clean and comfortable. The Mrs. PacMan machine was so much fun for everyone - and we had ages 11 to 80. Having parking right outside the front door was great for my dad, but the staircase made me really nervous because it was steep and the steps are narrow at the top and there is only a railing on one side. I would stay here again if we weren't traveling with an elderly person.

Amazing Property!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to shops and restaurants and was beautifully decorated. The house had everything we needed and Summer was available throughout the stay to answer any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Charleston!

AMAZING House

I stayed here with 5 other girls for a bachelorette trip and the house was amazing! Beds are comfy, plenty of bathrooms (2 1/2) for a group of girls, and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. 10/10 recommend staying here :)

Great location and property

Great property in an awesome neighborhood. You are able to walk to King St, but we ended up usually finding rides due to the warmer weather. Property is located in the front unit of a 3 unit building but plenty of privacy

Great getaway to Charleston

My husband and I decided to take an unplanned trip to Charleston and found this gem of a place. Pics are gorgeous but don’t even do it justice. Great location. We walked everywhere! They supplied us with a lot of linens, blankets and towels not to mention coffee, tea , etc. They thought of just about everything including the sound machines in each room. Would recommend to everyone to stay here

Nice Downtown Charleston Stay

Overall pleased with our stay. The outside of the property was not very appealing, but the inside was nice and as expected. The location was great, and we walked to a lot of places. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the sound machines in each room as well. Wish the 3rd bedroom also had a tv like the other rooms since that's the one the parents of a family will most likely stay in since it has the bathroom attached. The shower pressure was very poor and it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower. If those 2 things were fixed I would have give this property 5 stars. Property management team was very response. Thank you for a good stay!

Awesome House!!

Very retro, beautiful house. Loved the large sitting, social area. The bedrooms were very comfy with lots of Electrical outlets, which you usually never have enough. Overall water pressure could be better, especially in the showers and bath sinks. But, everything was basically all new and comfortable living. Location was good and we loved having the little coffee house on the corner to visit before our daily outings. We would definitely stay here again when we come back the Charleston. Thanks!

Sweet little Pad

Local to all things amazing. Steps are a little tricky and place could have been cleaner. Furniture was out of place when we arrived. When we moved it back in place it was quite dirty. Everything needed to make a basic meal. Beds comfortable and surprisingly cool for upstairs rooms. Had a question initially about check in but no one ever responded. Figured it out anyway. Overall a great stay! Very cute little place in a great location!

We loved the large living area that allowed the 7 of us to relax comfortably in the air conditioning and watch some college ball in between our scheduled events. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and accommodating. The entire property was very clean. Our guests especially enjoyed the Pac-Man game console. And the parking spaces were convenient and large. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Perfect location, an easy walk downtown and quick drive to Folly Beach and Isle of Palms. It had what we needed, minimal cooking things, ie:spices, oil, but we were planning on going out to eat so we didnt caree. We had a minor issue and the company was very quick to respond and rectify the situation. The use if thw bike was an added bonus and we did appreciate the 2 parking spots.

overall things were good. it would have been nice to know that in order to get hot water it had ato run both sink and hower at the same time for several minutes in advance. also ee thought it was vloser to town and had to uner everywhere.
