Girls trip

We had an amazing time staying here. The house was just what 3 sisters wanted for a girls trip. Micah was a great host and we would definitely want to stay again if we come back to the area.

Off-season getaway with children

Great little rental, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood (October off-season), kitchen well supplied (minus dishwasher). Very clean, really appreciated the games and beach toys for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

we had a great time at the holloway’s cottage! a super cute space in a quiet neighborhood located just a few minutes walk to the beach! we loved the covered outdoor space as well! would recommend to anyone looking to stay on north topsail island!

Relaxing and lovely getaway spot; short and easy walks to beach and sound

Could not have been more conveniently located for the low-key, quiet getaway we were hoping to have. Property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. Loved being able to eat meals on the deck. Owners provided a really useful “manual” with suggested local sites and activities. Loved being there during the less crowded “off season.”

The perfect getaway!

This property was great! Would definitely book again. Far from traffic and noise. Clean and super cute aesthetic. Walking distance to beach, lots of peace and quiet. Host provides beach gear and games. Amazing!!

Start to Finish … 🤩

My Sister & I came to relax, enjoy the ocean for 3 stress free days. That is exactly what we experienced! Micah was very responsive( even though we needed nothing. The space is cozy, well appointed & has everything you could need at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. The walk to the beach is maybe 5 minutes. I would absolutely return here!

Absolutely blown away with our stay in this adorable beach cottage!

Wow! Not only did the owners knock it out of the ballpark with renovations and decorating of this adorable and clean beach cottage , they went out of their way to make our experience beyond wonderful! When we arrived, we were welcomed with wine, coffee, chips and chocolate and delighted in discovering what each room had to offer. My 7yo. son climbed right up those bunks and proclaimed that it was “the best day of his life.” The bunks were clean, comfortable, and large enough to accommodate our 16 yo. too. The master bedroom had a luxury feel bed, full length mirror and large closet. And, we felt right at home in the living room - kitchen area and for late night games and early morning coffee. Bathroom was clean and included plenty of towels and wash clothes for all. Outside, the top deck offered the best view of the stars and the sounds of the ocean at night and by day, we all loved the laid back hammock and games under the deck and having a beach wagon ready for us with umbrellas, beach chairs and even a football to toss around. The outdoor shower sure served it’s purpose as we cleaned off are things each night after the beach as well. I stayed with my Mom and my two kiddos while visiting my Marine nephew and his wife who just transferred to the area. There was even a pack and play for their baby to nap in during breaks from the beach. And, my mom who is an admitted clean freak and gets to travel in some of the best of accommodations was even highly impressed. It was just perfect! The location made it so easy too with a short (I mean really short) walk to beach access and the very friendly St. Regis resort right across the street that gladly opens their poolside bar up for breakfast, lunch and drinks. For dinner, we also highly recommend the patio overlooking pool and ocean at Splash by the Sea in the Bella Capriani resort right down the road - so great that we went twice. The owners were so very friendly, helpful and provided lots of local recommendations for our first visit to this beautiful island getaway!

Cute little beach cottage

Very cute little cottage. Very convenient across from the St. Regis for restaurants, coffee and ice cream. Bring your own beach towels, though. The rental does not provide them. We had a nice stay!

Top Topsail Cottage

This cottage is decorated so cute and is meticulously clean, convenient to the beach, and has everything provided for your stay. Micah is wonderful to work with! We definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Topsail Micah and appreciate your quick response as we booked late. We have to compliment the housekeepers as it was super clean which made it very cozy just like home. This house has everything you could possibly need inside and out to enjoy and relax.

Amazing Beach Home

This wonderful home in North Topsail Beach is about as perfect as you can get! It was close to the beach and our family had everything we needed while staying there. The host, Micah, really knows how to make sure guests feel welcome and that the home offers practically everything you could need during your stay. The covered outdoor area under the deck was one of our favorite places to hang out after spending the day at the beach. We gone to visit again next year!

Great Time in NTB

The duplex is in a great location and is perfect for a small family. The house is well stocked with all the essentials, extremely clean, and nicely decorated. The downstairs area is great for hanging out after the beach and has games for adults and toys for kids. We highly recommend this rental for your next vacation at NTB.

Memorial day stay

Perfect for families or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. Fully loaded kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. COFFEE bar with K-cups and syrups for my fellow coffer lovers. Master bedroom includes a queen bed, smart tv, large mirror, and walk in closet. Guest room includes bunk beds and closet. Living area includes large smart tv mounted on the wall which you can see from the deck, comfortable couch with foldout bed. The deck is large with 4 comfy chairs ready for you to relax, listen to music, and make memories. The hammock is positioned in the shade with the dueling UNC vs Duke corn hole boards for when things get competitive. The yard is perfect for kids to play while you can watch from the deck above.

This is stress free living at its finest!!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The resort across the street has a walk-up window restaurant open during the day and a rooftop seafood restaurant open in the evenings. They also have an ice cream stand open most evenings as well.

There is a beautiful park located just a few minutes away with a large pirate ship themed playground, basketball court, sand volleyball, docks to walk out into the sound, Italian Ice venue, and more.

The Tiki Mart and Bar is located one block away. This is a fun place to visit in the evening and hang out with other vacationers.

The northern tip of the island is less than a mile away and has breathtaking beach and sound views. If you look closely you’ll see the sails of an old shipwreck. We highly recommend driving the bikes there one evening. There is a parking lot so you can drive a car as well. If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle you can actually drive it out on the sand in the marked areas. The city sells day passes for you to take your vehicles out on the sand and it’s a blast.
