Vacker Oceanfront 2 sovrum, 2: a vÄningen lÀgenhet. 7 sovplatser bekvÀmt. Fullt utrustat kök, fyllt för 8 med fat, kastruller och kokkÀrl, mikrovÄgsugn, kaffebryggare, handdukar och filtar. Ett semestermÄl utan krÄngel för att ta med sÀngklÀder, disk, ect; bara ta med personliga saker och matvaror och RELAX :) Det Àr vÀldigt underbart och fredligt pÄ stranden!

Det finns sandvÀskor framför byggnaden för att skydda byggnaden mot strandosion. Direkt tillgÄng till stranden frÄn vÄr byggnad Àr tillgÀnglig under lÄgvatten. Det finns 7 andra tilltrÀde som ligger 1 i varje byggnad du kan anvÀnda, samt en allmÀn tillgÄng till norra den blÄ byggnaden 1, ca 2 hus ner (2-3 min promenad) massor av vit strand sand hela tiden, det Àr den vi anvÀnder under högvatten. AnvÀnd god bedömning nÀr du anvÀnder trappor och simning.

Nice place by the ocean

Nice place. Easy check in process. Property is fine, nothing special. Ocean view from balcony is actually of large sandbags. Have to walk down the road to get to the beach. Overall pretty good.

Amazing and relaxing

If you love listening to waves while falling asleep this is the place!

Very pleased with property. A very comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beach. I had a small issue on arrival and it was quickly and very politely rectified.

Awesome little place, great access to the beach.

This was a perfect place for a long weekend in Top Sail. The condo was clean and was stocked just as the host described. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. We had chairs rented right at the public beach access a few hundred yards away which was an easy walk. We found so many shark teeth and a large conch, we will absolutely come back. Bonus was the super affordable little store/dive bar just across the street!

Very clean

We loved how it was right on the beach! I could hear the ocean waves as I slept. The condo was so clean and we loved how it smelled clean as well! My sister-in-law and I along with my two girls had a great girls weekend!

Best place we’ve ever stayed!

I don’t have a single complaint about this property! Everything about it was perfect from the cleanliness to the location. We have a family of 5 and it was so perfect and comfortable for everyone. It was SO clean and well kept up, had everything we needed, and the location literally couldn’t get any better. I have never felt so comfortable staying somewhere before. This is definitely somewhere that I plan on staying at again! Thank you so much for everything!

Lovely getaway!

Upon arrival my boys were very excited to see that the condo was very close to the beach. It was bright, inviting, and everything that the website said it was. Amazing opportunity to spend time away with family in a beautiful area that is right on the beach. We met some neighbors who were very kind in showing us what to look for when finding shark teeth and sea glass. Overall, it is a property we would recommend to anyone who is looking to spend a relaxing vacation on the beach!

Cozy Little Condo

We found this place on a last minute trip and it was exactly as advertised. Very nice, clean and cozy with all the basics one would need. Perfect for a short stay. The proximity to the beach was awesome. The balcony sort of freaked me out at first as it slopes away from the unit, but once on it it felt solid and it proved to be a relaxing spot to watch the ocean and just chill. These condos probably need some pretty major exterior updating as they definitely have a little age on them and it appeared they might have had some recent storm damage. Also, at high tide there is very little beach directly in front, but there is still plenty of beach right next to them. This was my first time to North Topsail Island and I really enjoyed my time. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!!

This is definitely not a place I'd recommend to friends. It was not cleaned well at all. Floors were dirty, walls dusty, and shower with mold. The refrigerator is old with zero ice maker or even ice trays to make ice. Kitchen utensils... only 2 butter knives in the drawers so that was an issue. The air conditioners are so loud, it disrupts TV watching in the living room. The balcony doors don't lock. Be sure to bring toilet paper, as you get one roll to share. The clogged rain gutters cause water to fall on you if you’re on the balcony. We enjoyed the best we could with what we had but would definitely recommend a preferred host next time. Just my opinion, but when on vacation, it's much nicer to have hosts make conveniences like extra rolls of toilet paper and ice available to renters.

Door to balcony is broken. Can’t open it; air freshener made my friend sick as well as the dampness. Mold? No mention in listing that there is no beach to walk out on - sandbags everywhere in front of the complexes. The place was clean. That’s about it. Very disappointed and couldn’t even stay the second weekend since my friend got so sick from the rooms.

The floors have titles coming up & the bathroom door has a hole in it that has been patched. The kitchen is outdated, the stove half way worked, the rooms smelt moldy/mildew and sand all over the floors, the window acs are rusted through the walls on the outside. And leaking rusty water onto the balcony.

Cozy Hideaway

Lovely condominium located right on the beach. Private balcony overlooking the water with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Air condition with basic essentials. Highly recommend.

Lovely place!

Very nice and cute! Nice Ocean view! Clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements convenient acceess to the beach! We had a concern with the refrigerator which was imediately addtessed! Awedome host

My husband and I own this condo with my father. We are all veterans and we love the beach! My father owns a 1 bedroom where he winters and rents in the summer. We are so glad we were able to purchase a 2 bedroom nearby to spend family time in the winter!
