Spring break 2025

We loved our stay the complex is very nice and all the people we met at the pool were wonderful and we'll probably keep in contact with a few.We're thinking of coming back for a month next year. We would probably want a room with more of a view of the Gulf.Overall we had a great time

Beachside condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was super easy to check in. Deb was excellent with any communication we needed. The condo has everything you will need, which is so nice. I just loved shelling on the ocean and swimming in the wonderful pool. I would stay there again.

The property was nice with good views. The area was still recovering from hurricanes, so many things were closed or gone. Still plenty of things to do in area and beach had lots of nice shells. Would stay here again if in area.

Great Stay!

My best friend and I had a great stay in this condo. It was cute and comfy. The pool was very nice and the beach was close. The host, Deb, was extremely kind and helpful during our trip.

Great Location

This was a nice location. We stayed on the 11th floor, so we had a nice view. The pool was well-maintained and clean. The condo had everything you needed to cook, play, or just relax!

Relaxing getaway

This place was great for a relaxing week at the beach. The room is spacious enough for 2 to fit comfortably. The beach is directly outside the property and rarely had more than 3 other groups on it as far as we could see so very private. Towels, chairs, coolers everything you’d want for the beach is already provided in the unit. 10/10 would go back

Enjoyed our stay

We were very comfortable at the condo. It had everything we needed. The pool was great & the proximity of the ocean was ideal. Unfortunately, we didn't use the beach other than for a walk. I would consider coming back when Fort Myers has recovered.

Sunrise and Sunset Paradise Steps from Beach

We were surprised by a beautiful sunrise from our balcony the first morning. If sunsets are your thing, that’s also available every night from the shore of the amazing Gulf Coast private beach. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Deb is a lovely and responsive host. We hope to come back!

Great apartment on the beach

We had awesome time in the apartment. Loved early morning walks on the beach collecting shells and sand dollars. Host provided all we needed for long afternoons at the beach and at the pool (heated i must add). Apartment is small but our family of 4 slept comfortably. Overall condition is good, however we noticed some cracked floor tiles, no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and low cold water pressure in kitchen sink. Initial cleanliness could be better but I wouldn’t call this apartment dirty. Tv was loaded with programming for slow and rainy days. Would definitely recommend staying at that place.

Girls spring break

My daughters and I came down for spring break. Condo location was fine, lots of business are not open yet. The building was still under construction, so lots of noise during the day. The pool was awesome!! The condo its self needs some updating and it needs a deep clean.

Nice Stay at Fort Myers Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay at the south end of Ft. Myers Beach. The complex is directly on the beach; no roads to cross to get there. The complex is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but the pool is open and our unit was in great shape. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was quite comfy and the kitchen was well equipped; lots of beach towels and equipment are provided. Being avid shellers, we were very happy with the location. The south end of Ft. Myers Beach has oodles of shells. We even found a Junonia; hit the Florida shelling jackpot! Many thanks to the owners for sharing their condo.

Great location in Ft Myers Beach

As with all of Ft Myers Beach, there is still lots and lots of repair going on in the wake of Hurricane Ian, so there was lots of construction around our condo building. Pool wasn't open but looked to be soon, but the condo was good. Not huge, but comfortable and well-furnished--especially because we cook in a lot-- so the unit had everything we needed. Nice size balcony with partial ocean view, but the building itself is right on the beach. It is an easy drive to the grocery store, and to Sanibel and to Lover's Key State Park (which is one of our favorites.), so overall it is a great location and will be even better in the future when the businesses can get rebuilt and open. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but my wife quickly noticed that the unit was not in the cleanest condition. She swept up a dust pan full of sand and dirt left behind by cleaning staff. She also wiped out the freezer and fridge before our departure, simply because it had not been recently done. We really enjoyed our time there, minus the cleaning hiccups! Air conditioner was working hard to keep the entire unit cool and we ended up going out to buy a small fan for the bedside table, which made a big difference at night. All of the amenities were nice, safe and quiet for the duration of our stay. We would definitely stay there again, but hope they hire better cleaning staff in the future.
