Clean and neat one bedroom, one bath condo on the Gulf of Mexico located at the south end of the Island, in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex. With all the extra amenities to enjoy, swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills all on the grounds. Many other activities to relish during your stay: fishing, shelling, walking, boating and relaxing.

Within short walking distance across the street are restaurants, shopping, and marina, which also provides boat rentals and sight seeing tours.

Perfect little getaway!

This is a lovely little studio apartment type setup. It is much cuter than it looks in the pics. Very comfy bed and little couch. I enjoyed walking the beach and gathering shells. The owner was very responsive to answer any questions.

Estero Beach & Tennis Club

Great place, clean and near everything we wanted to do from a short walk to numerous shops, restaurant's, boat rental & of course the beach. A quieter area which suited us great. If you want nightlife head to the north end of the island with way too many people, more expensive way too much traffic etc.. This is a nice quiet laid back area without the hustle, traffic and crowds.

Great location

Great location and a wonderful host! Unit is located on first floor with short distance to stairway and elevator. We choose to take stairs just to get some exercise in. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks walking our dog on the property. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed. We were able to see partial view of the ocean on balcony and enjoyed watching other guests playing pickleball in the morning. Always a nice breeze from the ocean anywhere on the property and the beach was very beautiful! Our dog loved it also!

May beach break

Great location only steps to beach dining shopping and groceries. Best host ever. My only suggestion would be to replace the worn carpet with a durable hard surface flooring. Great beach break for 7days to relax and enjoy the beach!

Great condo and great location

This condo was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable, and a great location on the island for us, as it was far enough away from the night life to be peaceful, but close enough to join in when we wanted to. Owner was great. The property was great. Looking forward to returning.

So peaceful

My boyfriend our two dogs and I had a great week stay here! Everyone is so friendly, the complex is so welcoming and the room itself was lovely. Minor things like needing to vacuum upon arrival but that was no big deal! The host was easy to communicate with and the beach is soooo close and beautiful. Located by many things such as stores and restaurants. We are so pleased thank you!

Cozy comfortable

Our unit was nice, owner was super attentive. Nice being right off the beach. Beach is beautiful and clean. Grounds are meticulous.

Great Location

Was a quick 60 foot walk to the beach, across the street was breakfast and a CVS. Laundry on site. I wish I knew the wifi code as I had work to do and my hot spot kept failing but besides that was a super cute place to stay.

Would stay again!

We loved our stay. The location was great. The condo was awesome. There were lots of extras for our use! Beach umbrellas, pool noodles, towels, a cooler and more. Everything was clean! Communication with the manager was great. We would totally stay again. Missing Florida already!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beach within steps of the property. For the price, it’s a great place and would stay again. Restaurants and delicious ice cream shop just across the street. Location has everything you need within walking distance.

Property true reflection of posting.

Nice place! Enjoyed my stay would stay again. One thing is the pull out bed is terrible you can actually feel the springs in the mattress even when we layed it on the floor. . Needs a new mattress or leave an inflatable mattress Otherwise it was really a nice stay. Thanks again!

Beach Weekend

Great property. Nice pool, beach. Private. Low key. No families or kids the weekend we spent, seems like a 55 and older lodging. Close to shopping and a few restaurants.

Florida Winter Vacation

Unit is on the lowest floor and has a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit was in a building with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Unit is also right across the road from Santini Plaza which has numerous restaurants, clothing stores, and even an urgent care facility. Unit was well kept accept that it was jam packed with items taking up storage space in the closets. The only problem we had was that we did not get a copy of the tests and shots required for our dog by the condo association. Fortunately we had most of these completed before going on vacation and had the documentation with us. Unfortunately we needed one additional test which condo security wanted right now. We had to make an appointment with a local vet and paid through the nose for that test. Condo security at first were very pushy regarding this test but finally worked with us to get the test results.
