Fantastiskt 2BR / 2BA condominium beläget vid Surfside, en höghus, intill Seascape Golf Course, med en av områdets mest inkluderande bekvämligheter paket. Gratis strandservice med ett paraply och 2 stolar kommer med denna hyra. Denna enhet på nionde våningen är full av uppgraderingar, nya kök - körsbärsskåp, bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror, 20-tums golv. Vardagsrummet har en 47-tums LED-TV monterad på väggen och har ett underhållningssystem med iPod-dockning och CD / Stereo. Dessa lägenheter har en unik planlösning med otrolig utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Den stora balkongen ger dig en panoramautsikt från stranden till viken samt fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången. Glidande glasdörrar från både sovrum, kök och vardagsrum med fantastisk utsikt från alla dessa lägenheter. This condo has a perfect location- right across from the beach, a beautiful view! It is close to grocery stories, various shops, and restaurants. This is our third trip to condos in Surfside and they have all been great. We particularly love the private beach and the umbrella and chair amenity. The only glitch has been the spotty elevator service.

Check in was super easy. Very clean. There are chairs and umbrella to use. lots of games available. There’s even a grill set to use in the grills that Surfside has in the grilling area next to the parking garage. The balcony is great. Very large with a nice view of the Gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit had very convenient beach access. The bedding and linens were extremely comfortable. The unit was great and had everything available as listed. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful. I would certainly stay again!

Amazing Condo!

Perfect location!! We had a great time the condo was clean. Spacious, and the view from the balcony is 10/10! Craig is awesome and easy to communicate with and super helpful! This is our 2nd time staying and we are already looking to book again!

Beautiful View!

The balcony faces the beach, which was a beautiful view. The condo had everything that we needed to be able to feel at home. The owner provided contact information for any issues and notified us when needed. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Overall this property was great! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. There was 8 of us total and we all fit comfortably. The property was right across from the beach and the view from the condo was amazing. Craig always responded in a timely manor. The whole process was very smooth. I would definitely book again!

Excellent vacation

This was a great place to stay in Destin, it was very organized, and the owner gave detailed instructions and made the check in process very easy. The condo was set up with families in mind, there are many extras, such as movies, games, streaming radio, beach chairs, and many more amenities. There was great access to the balcony from the rooms and the condo had a beautiful view of the golf. I can’t recommend this condo Holly enough, look forward to staying there again. Needs more parking spaces for the guests. Not enough elevators to accommodate the guests. Building should have at least 4 elevators. Other than that, had a great time.

Sisters Trip Year 3 and counting

This is our 3rd year staying in this condo! It is PERFECT for the 5 sisters!! Craig is the most attentive Host. You have a question and he responds Quickly!!! He is the BEST. Overall our stay was great however our neighbors below us continued to smoke on the balcony even after being reported to management, and there were only a couple of small issues the cleaning crew needed to address the owner is aware of

This condo was perfect for the 5 of us with its convenient location, easy beach access, and spacious rooms. Parking was never an issue with an open lot and extra covered garage parking with various levels. The wait was minimal most of the time for the elevators, but was expected and never a big inconvenience for us. The overall experience was top notch and we would love to visit here again. Craig was fantastic with detailed communication and instructions about everything. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a great vacation get away. God bless!Prov. 18:24
