Directly across from 20 Mile Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro with unobstructed views. This four bedroom / two and a half bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to twelve adults and three children. The front deck overlooks Lake Winnipesaukee. The Chandler Pedestrian Trail has an entrance near the front of the property.
This home features four bedrooms. The master includes a Queen bed with private bathroom with a large tub. The second and third bedrooms also have Queen beds. The fourth bedroom on the first floor has a King bed. There is another full bathroom and a half bath in the lower level. There are a total of three living rooms. The lower level living room has arcade games and foosball.
The property is newly renovated. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We provide air fryers, bread makers, rice cooker, Keurig Duo coffee maker that makes pots of coffee as well as single serve and a Nespresso espresso maker.
We provide all linens, paper goods, coffee for the coffee maker, and propane for the grill and fire wood for the firepit. There are beach essentials including kayaks, beach towels, and chairs available for guests to use during their stay. The free boat launch is just minutes down the road.
The upper front living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The upper back living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The lower level living room has an ottoman to twin bed and a sleeper chair convertible to twin. There is one rollaway twin as well.

Wendy and I are from the Tuftonboro area. We grew up coming to the lake and love the area. We have a huge family which helps us cater to large groups. We love dogs! We have four of our own and usually have a hospice rescue in the bunch.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We are from the area and wanted to bring this house back to life. A full gut and remodel later we have a cute little rental with lots of extra amenities.

We provide a coffee bar complete with Keurig Duo and Nespresso makers. We provide coffee pouches for full pots of coffee, please bring your favorite Nespresso or pods if you prefer single serve cups. We also provide the basics in the kitchen for family cooking including air fryer, rice cooker, & bread maker. Linens are included for registered guests. The Wild Park Chandler Trail has an entrance near the entrance to the property.
