The perfect house for our family's early Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of space and everything we needed to make and enjoy dinner together! And a great back deck with lots of seating to enjoy the lake view.

Perfect location for family gathering

This home was exactly what we wanted for our early Thankgiving dinner. Central location for family from Mass & NH to spend the weekend together. Beautiful area - wonderful lake view from the deck. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and there was more than enough space for all! We are already planning next year's dinner!!

Amazing trip!

Our stay at the lake house on Lake Winnisquam was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful setting, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. This place is a must stay!The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need!The living area was open and spacious. And the AC/ mini split was great in the heat we had.But what truly stole our hearts was the incredible lake access. Waking up to the sunrise over the water, sipping coffee on deck was just awesome!!!!!!Highly, highly recommend! We will most certainly be back!Thank you so much for hosting us!!

Lake house getaway

We had such an amazing time staying at the lake house for a relaxing adult only weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful and nestled in a nice private spot on the lake where you have access to the dock and beach. The water is SO clean and refreshing and the property is well maintained. the host and the property manager were incredibly communicative and pleasant to chat with - they even left a sweet treat for us to make at the fire pit! What an amazing destination that isn't too far from home for us, we would love to come back with our kids so they can enjoy it too!

Thanksgiving on the lake

Our family had a great time getting together for the holiday with our two dogs. It is on the western shore at the end of a dead end road, right on the water. It was great to see sunrises, a few loons and ducks. It was fun for the dogs. We had some weather and we were updated that they'd be salting the road. We were grateful for their open communication, that they were easy to reach, helpful, understanding, and made everything carefree. We were able to have a fire in the fireplace, loved the amenities including a pool table. It was a great, memorable Thanksgiving. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect House for our weekend

Every fall, we choose another Lake House in the area for our Guys' weekend of golf, poker, jet skis, and football. Our group has stayed in quite a few great lake houses, but this has been the best so far. The location is just what we were looking for being close to our golf courses and the open end of Winnesquam for Jet skis and boating. The property has plenty of room for parking, a great firepit area, terrific beach, and gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. The interior layout gave plenty of room for all of us to play poker, watch football, cook, and everyone got their own bed. The hosts took care of everything and were available if we needed them, making the Check-in process simple. We never felt like we were being watched over, which made it for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Although we purposely pick a new house every fall, the plan is to return to this property next year. A great weekend...

Very nice for my siblings, their spouses, my 97 year old mother and my husband and me. The house is well laid out making for easy visiting with everyone. The location on the lake is gorgeous. It was a great couple of days to remember our dad.

Worked very well for family. The kids age 5 and 9 loved the small beach and water access. The dock was handy for kayaks and a canoe. Plenty of cooking equipment for our meals.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is very clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the open family room/kitchen/dining areas make it easy to be in touch with everyone.We enjoyed time on the deck with beautiful water views, and rented a boat with a swim deck, and spent time in the middle of the lake diving and swimming. So much fun.
We saw multiple pairs of loons on the lake. My favorite shot!

Check in was through a coded door lock. Kitchen was large and had a good flow for meal prep, clean up. Wi-Fi worked very well. Outdoor area was beautiful and had multiple tiered levels that included a wrap around deck, fire pit on the grass with chairs around it, a sandy area for the baby to play in and stairs to the water. Dock too!

The Best Stay Ever

We are a retired group who gather every year. This year’s location was the best ever. The accommodations, location and the attention to detail were outstanding. Roomy. Clean. Comfortable. The view was just breathtaking! Loons,ducks and ducklings and clear water. We would absolutely stay there again.

Family celebration of 80th Birthday

Communication through VRBO was easy. Property manager, Miranda and owner, Amy were resonsive to all questionses. Thank you for the smores kit and letter and sharing your house on VRBO.The Sanderson House was perfect to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday with her children, grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Weather was rainy, but we still were able to play pool, play games and watch sports, movies and kids shows. There was everything we needed to prep/cook our meals and plenty of seating. The dock was great, we rented a pontoon boat, views from yard & deck were great! We never did use the fire pit, but kids played in yard. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and plenty of extra bedding when needed. It was perfect and brought back many memories we had together on lake Winnesquam.

Peaceful Stay in NH!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful lakefront home. This property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the lake view from the large windows, the porch, and the backyard. The location was perfect!The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making the check in and check out process seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family recently purchased this wonderful vacation house. We were former renters and rented this place for 5 years in a row. We have had some great memories here and were so happy to be able to purchase this property and allowing others to rent it as well.

This property is spacious and has plenty of room for large families. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, the marina and the Tilton outlets.

New - now have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds. We will allow up to two dogs for an extra $100 per pet per week or $15/night with prior approval from owners.
