Spread across two floors, the roomy interior provides all the comforts of home. Kick back and socialize in the open living area, or unwind in the privacy of the plush bedrooms.

Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, configured with a full suite of appliances and ample stone counter space. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a Pack ‘n Play, and free WiFi.

Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.
This home is scheduled to be sprayed for mosquitos every three weeks to accommodate guests.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Our yearly rental

This our second year renting here and it’s got most of what you need! Including quiet beaches and beautiful views even if you don’t want to get sandy. We are planning on making this our yearly family spot.

Fantastic Beach Front House

From the moment we opened the front door and saw the custom wall and the “Happy Place “ welcome sign as well as the signature scent- we fell in love with this place. Definitely will return! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home with the most beautiful views and atmosphere!

Quiet Holiday

Beautifully decorated and had holiday touches up already. Warm and cozy and had all the amenities. The daybed swing on the deck is where it's at! Watched a pod of dolphins swimming at sunrise and gorgeous kites on the beach across the bridge the next day. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful home just steps from beach!

The house was very up to date very well stocked and very well laid out. The attention to detail was awesome and the front porch swing bed was unbeatable.. The contact person we had for questions and minor issues was amazing and responded very very promptly and addressed everything quickly.

Kiki on the beach - FANTASTIC STAY!!!

The swinging deck-bed overlooking the beach & pass to Galveston Island was an incredible place to relax. White quartz kitchen, island & new appliances (including crushed ice maker for the Margarheitas) and a morning coffee nook. Ample seating for dining & games both inside & on the outside deck overlooking the water. House is fresh, clean & loaded with beach themes throughout. Made a great stay for the whole family (grandparents, kids & grandkids) all under one roof of a beautifully appointed beach home!

Perfection!

Kiki on the Beach is the best beach house I have ever stayed in! Absolutely beautiful! No detail was left undone. The bathrooms were well-stocked. The beds and linens were so comfy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including things that I didn't even know I needed like an ice machine. The decor was gorgeous. Our family of 12 had plenty of space to eat, sleep, and play. The beach is literally only a few steps away. It was like having our own private beach, so peaceful! The kids loved looking for ghost crabs, hermit crabs, and sand dollars while walking along the beach. The highlight was watching DOLPHINS swim near us. The swing-bed on the deck was a perfect location to watch the sunset each night. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My family made so many memories on our vacation. We will definitely book again!

Review of Kiki on the beach

We loved this house! Great location with two wonderful beaches. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture was not great to relax on. We loved the swing on the deck! There was a concerning water damaged spot right when you entered the front door that could be repaired.

What a Gem!

This was the perfect beach stay I’ve had in a long time. The house was incredibly clean, updated, plenty of linens and beach items at our disposal! The location is perfect to enjoy the beach which is literally steps away from the house and so close to high rated restaurants/pub entertainment if you want to eat out. I can’t say enough how at home we all felt during our stay. It’s a must booking a d will definitely be booking this Kiki on the beach again!!!

Girls trip

We 5 girls absolutely loved our experience at Kiki On The Beach!! The host was Incredibly accommodating and quick to answer questions. The house is gorgeous inside and outside! We walked in to a beautifully decorated and extremely clean house with everything you could ask for! A keurrig, pots/pans/ cooking ingredients (oil,seasoning), cleaning supplies, TV, washer/ dryer, outside shower, sand toys, chairs and boogie boards etc. The porch swing-bed was our absolute favorite part and we spent most of our time on it. Coffee + swing + sunrise every morning was incredible because you can see it rising over the water. We will 1000% be back for the next girls trip and are recommending Kiki On The Beach to all of our friends!

Perfect location

The beachfront location cannot be beat! Loved the swing on balcony! The house is small but very cozy…perfect for 2 small families. One minor issue is the house is a bit dusty. I’m allergic to dust, so I was suffering a little. Nothing a better vacuuming job with housekeeping can’t fix. Looking forward to coming back.

A dream getaway!

Our stay was absolute perfection. Every detail has been thought of- dishes, spices, games, even super comfortable beds. It really had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of space for a large family. The house itself is just beautiful inside and out- very modern but still cozy and comfortable, and incredibly clean. And you truly cannot beat that view- the beach is right there and we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, listening to the waves while enjoying our coffee/cocktails. We can’t wait to book this house again for our next little getaway!

Review of Kiki on the Beach

We loved our stay at Kiki on the Beach! The beds were so comfortable and felt brand new. The space was so cozy and clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our trip (games, dishes, coffee maker, etc). The house is right on the beach which gave the most beautiful view while sitting outside in the mornings with our coffee. Management was also super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

There wasn’t anywhere to put clothes in Master. The beach right across the street is closed to swimming. It’s a short drive to public beach where you can swim.

Our minivaca.

I saw the picture of the house on FB and I thought what a great idea if I were to go here with my 3 daughters and 9 Grandchildren for my birthday. Well, when we got there we learned that the whole house swayed back and forth every time some walked across the floor. I’ve never been to a beach house so I thought that maybe it was normal? After we got settled in we found out that there was no TP, paper towels, beach towels, or propane to cook on the grill, all these things were advertised. The management did finally brings all the things we needed but seemed very aggravated to do so. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on and none of us got more that a couple of hours sleep the entire time we were there. It’s a pretty home but you have to drive down the road to be able to get into the water. Not much that they advertised was the way it really was. Especially if you’re taking a baby, you need to bring all your own stuff you’ll need from home. I definitely would not go back to this particular house agsin.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Clean. Plenty of room and right on the beach! My only complaints are they didn’t have a coffee pot for a pot of coffee just for a cup. And the dumpster for the trash far away. If we didn’t have a truck to put the bags in I don’t know how it would have made it down there. Besides that they literally had everything we needed for a great stay! We had a good time! Staff was right at your fingertips for anything we needed. Definitely coming back! Ooooooo the mosquitoes were deadly! Man they are everywhere outside so be prepared they attack the second you open the door but your safe inside!

Duty to Warn

The house itself was fine, but we believe both VRBO and Vacasa had an affirmative obligation to disclose that the property is situated amidst an active construction zone involving heavy equipment, pile drivers, etc very close to the house--the rhythmic banging of the pile drivers, loudly forcing piers into the reluctant earth, does not a restful vacation make....the reason a party of two rents a house equipped to sleep five or six times that many is an obvious quest for privacy and only the sound of the Gulf water arriving on the shore--we were favored with neither--a contractor even came by to ask if he could park one of his large trucks on the property....... Adding insult to injury, the house was not equipped with a coffee carafe--despite the fact that such a vessel appears in several of the photos included in the listing--forcing us to brew coffee using a tablespoon and a sauce pan....the rude indifference of the local Vacasa staff was the icing on a bitter cake.....needless to say, we will not be revisiting this property, much less Vrbo or Vacasa.
