Detta 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 2: a våningen med strandutsikt, huset har utökat sovande alternativ för högst 14 gäster:
Sovrummet har king size-säng och en tvilling över full våningssäng (med extra utdragbar dubbelsäng) (6 sovplatser).
2: a sovrummet har king size-säng (2 sovplatser).
3: e sovrummet har queen size-säng (2 sovplatser).
Vardagsrummet har 2 queen bäddsoffor (sover 4).

Njuta av fantastisk utsikt över stranden och den varma vinden i Mexikanska golfen från den stora däck.

Utrustade med toppmodern utrustning, LCD-TV och höghastighetsinternet anslutningar.
Uppdaterad med granit, bambu golv, samt tillgång till däck från vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

Ligger på den västra delen av Galveston Island i eftertraktade gemenskap Sea Isle.
En gång här finns det ingen anledning att manövrera över trafikerade vägar att komma till stranden.
Du kan enkelt ta en 50 yard promenad till stranden för fiske och roligt eller njuta av Sea Isle gemensam pool, tennisbana, och marina.

Offentliga båt ramp finns också på viken sida mindre än en mil bort. Tillsammans med marina, bete / bränsle och leverans butik, lekplats, tennisbanor, swimmingpool, 2 restauranger (fina middagar och avslappnad) och bar. Sea Isle är en kort bilresa till historiska Galveston med sitt breda utbud av restauranger, shopping och nöjen.

Med föregående godkännande är max 2 små hundar välkomna för en extra 250 dollar återbetalningsbar husdjur avgift.
Ansvarig part bör vara minst 25 år för att boka och måste ockupera fastigheten hela tiden.

Great stay at the Hermosa!

Our stay at the Hermosa was great! Clear view of the beach and there was a pathway right to the beach. In unit washer and dryer was really convenient and host provided laundry detergent. Good amount of towels provided and house was well air conditioned plus fans and window units.

Our stay at the Hermosa was a great memory!

The owner saved us some fees and was helpful. The property had everything we needed and the community pool was also nice. We were their on Memorial weekend and experienced the clear Galveston beach. It was very nice!

All About BEACH Access and Views

If you want beach access just 50 ft away, this is your place. The Aggie neighbors may keep you awake, so be prepared to call the Sheriff. They are quick to tell them to turn it down. Other than that it was what we expected. This place is for those who want to be outside!! Plenty of space and privacy to enjoy the Gulf!!! Bring extra toilet paper and beach towels, otherwise all stocked up. We enjoyed the Kayaks!!

Had a great time

The hermosa house is awesome very clean, very comfortable, All the beds are very comfortable. Maria is prompt in getting back with you. And right out the back door is the beach. Very relaxing, and not far from anything. We enjoyed our stay there very much. We used the fishing pier and Maria gets the deposit back right away. Again we will be staying at Hermosa House next summer.

Great location very close to the beach!!

When you can’t trust spring break weather, it is much more fun to be able to stroll over the dune to the beach whenever you feel like it instead of load everyone and all the stuff up and drive in the car. And when kids want to stay but it is too cold for mom, it is awesome to be able to supervise away from the wind in the shelter of the huge porch! House was very clean and well outfitted for our stay. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us!

WONDERFUL!!

The HERMOSA BEACH HOUSE was perfect for our family. There were 11 in our family that stayed and the sleeping arrangements were great. We did have some issues when we first arrived, however, Maria was quick to respond and handled those issues very quickly! The location to the beach was perfect!! We absolutely loved the deck looking at the ocean! Thank you so much Maria, for letting us rent your home over the 4th of July, we absolutely had a wonderful time!!

Great time with the family!!!!

The house was nice, very clean and the kids had a great time choosing rooms. The bunk beds were a hit with the boys and my 70+ year old parents maneuvered the stairs with no issues. We were extremely close to the beach and the youngest kids went to the beach each day we were there. Everyone had a great time, no complaints at all. The owner, Maria was extremely responsive and we will be coming back in the future! Thank you!

Thanksgiving Gateway

Just steps from the beach! The location is great and the house was clean. The house has a big deck from where you can see the beach. Maria was very prompt at replying to my emails. The only reason my overall rating is four is because personally I felt the house was small for six adults and the deck does not have a gate. A gate would have been good because we had a small child and pets.

Great getaway in Sea Isle

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was clean, amenities like towels a-plenty. One stair step showed signs of cracking, so we were just careful where our foot landed on that step. Also, one of the door blinds didn't work but we still could enjoy the view. We followed the instructions to use the DVD player but the TV didn't seem to recognize it so the wiring might need to be looked into. The grass was just a little bit tall but that didn't pose any problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, line of sight to the beach, quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet getaway far from crowded beaches , this is a wonderful option for you. Thank you, Maria, for sharing your home with us.

Good...

Over all, the house was good. All the commodities, we did missed anything from home. But, patio furniture needs to be upgraded. There was a rocking chair that’s been glue together by a 5 year old, dangerous. And there’s that $200 cleaning fee. It was not all that clean, you could tell the floor and smelly bed covers. Thank God we always like to carry our own sheets and pillows. Grass was tall, over all landscaping need some work, it looked like no one been in the house for at list two in two weeks.

Hard to beat this location

50 yards from the beach is no exaggeration. Morning sunrises and evening sunsets across the way at the fishing pier. The house is very comfortable for eating and gathering in the living room. The 3 bedrooms are decent sized with tvs in each room. The kitchen has ample dishes and pots and pans. Bring all of your own spices, extra paper towels, extra dishwasher soap, baggies etc. Both bathrooms have plenty of clean white towels and hand soaps. There is one hairdryer in the cottage, but no plugs in either bathroom. There are two wooden benches on the deck and a picnic table. There are no comfortable chairs on the deck nor any beach chairs provided. Make sure you bring your own. The house is an older home that has clearly been heavily used and needs some maintenance. Of course, we were there in October, at the end of the season, and perhaps the owner was not aware of the maintenance needed. My 3 star review is based on the TLC needed. You will absolutely LOVE the location.

Great location

Love the proximity to the beach. Really fabulous. It was well advertised. The beds were extra comfortable too. I wish there was an ability to get some blackout curtains. All rooms were really bright to sleep in. Towels were really nice too - thick and big. The cleanliness was just ok - there was lots of dust on the baseboards and the sinks were quite clogged and throw pillows really seemed to need a good wash but it’s a beach house so you don’t always get folks that stay here full time. Bring outdoor deck furniture. It’s more benches so hard to kick back and watch the beach in a bench. Bring everything for food that you may need. Not much more than salt and pepper but it all worked for our small group for cups, bowls, utensils etc (would have been hard with a bigger group though) Bring everything for bathrooms you will need - soap/shampoo/conditioner etc but did have hairdryer. Cell service is spotty. It’s an island so if you are coming to work I would make sure to bring all your connectivity you need - but her Wi-Fi was quite good and TVs were really nice with Dish TV available.

Weekend Getaway

Very easy walk to beach. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views of ocean from deck with nice Adirondack chairs. Needed more than a steak knife to cut up a watermelon— but other than that the kitchen had what we needed. No place to store snacks and pantry items, but everything worked out ok —we left snacks on counter top. Bedrooms are very bright at night even though there are blinds. Streetlight still came into our room. There are 2 windows in primary bedroom up high towards ceiling that let in a great amount of light making it bright even at night. Surprised at the amount of noise at night and early morning from cars on the main road (house is close to main road). High winds definitely make the house sway and move. We paid $250 pet fee and ended up not taking our dog. I advised host we were not taking our dog and the $250 was not refunded. It says non refundable pet fee but believed that was if we cancelled the whole trip. Be careful of this— if you choose not to take your dog you will not get the $250 back! Very disappointed to lose $250. Host did offer us another night stay, but we could not stay another day. We paid $150 for pier access but ran out of time and host did graciously refund the $150–very happy about that refund. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. Overall the home served our purpose and we enjoyed Galveston very much.

We chose to purchase a beach house in Galveston TX after we bought our first beachfront condo in Seascape back in 2010 and fell in love with the island. We wanted an updated place that's just a few steps away from the beach. And we found it with our "Hermosa" Beach House. The location is perfect!
