Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three bedroom home features an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, counter height seating, dedicated work space, and living room with 75â Smart TV.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a brand new queen mattress, private en-suite bathroom and 65â Smart TV.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry area located in the guest bathroom, large pool deck with dining furniture, lounge chairs, mountain views, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access. (The picnic table is no longer available for guest use).
*Please note that any reservation booked for more than 28 days will need a mandatory mid stay cleaning and guests will be responsible for the cost.*

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
