Everything was great except the check in part.. was supposed to be able to get in by 4:00 but wasn't actually able to get in until 5:00 I understand that it's only an hour difference but when you are already paying for a full day and can't get in until 4:00 .... Then it should be 4:00 or earlier... Not later other than that it was great .. no problems... No issues

House itself was amazing and clean. Very relaxing and the games and pool were nice for the kids. The kitchen had very dirty pots and pans put away in the cabinets so I had to rewash a lot of stuff before using it. Also, I couldn’t find a single baking sheet or pizza pan. Therefore if you need that for your stay bring your own. Overall we loved the house.

Dish washer did not do a good job and previous renters pots and baking dishes werent properly cleaned. No cookie sheets for baking. Hot tub jets werent working correctly. Other than that the stay was wonderful! The cabin itself was clean and simply but beautifully decorated. It was nice and quiet (exept for one guest one morning beside us.) We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent with them again!

The property was just as described. Easy check in and out. Great communication. The only complaint is the lack of views and privacy. This place is a ton of fun for kids. 15-20 minutes from pigeon forge. Fully furnished and has everything you need.

The cabin itself was beautiful. It was not worth the money that I spent on it. The basketball game did not work. The hot tub jets did not flow. The dishwasher was not working properly. I had to hand wash dishes. The location was semi great. The ceiling in the pool room was warped. Throughout the entire place flooring was coming up . I let property management know of all these issues that need to be fixed before I believe someone else should rent this cabin.

The cabin was absolutely everything it claimed to be. We enjoyed it immensely. Pictures are 100% accurate. I don't enjoy driving in the winding mountain roads, so this was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to get to and close to town. Very quiet and serene.

The best 21st birthday

My husband and I took our son and little cousins here to celebrate my son 21st birthday and this property did not disappoint. There was no can opener, no drain plug for kitchen sink and dishwasher really needs cleaned inside. Bathtub on main floor took extremely long to drain after a shower. Automatic door lock to pool was extremely hard to unlock. Cabin was nice and rooms were clean.

There are so many issues with this place that need to be addressed. The first thing is the flooring that is completely falling apart and ruined in a main traffic area in the kitchen. The dishwasher had black mold throughout it and looked as if it hadn’t been used in at least a month. The trim on the top step of each set of stairs was not installed properly and was a major tripping hazard the entire week. Not only that, but there were 3 inch deck nails laying all over the ground at the bottom of the steps in the front where my kids played throughout the week. The cord to the air hockey table was spliced and wrapped in about a whole roll of electrical tape so we weren’t able to use that all week due to the fire hazard. Please avoid this place. The price is great if there were none of these issues but id consider staying somewhere else if you’re reading this
Air hockey plug
Warped flooring
Exposed electrical box
Nail found on ground outside
