This cozy dog friendly cottage is located on Riverside Drive right across from the river. With a private dock on deep water that offers electric & water plus has easy access to the Gulf. Ideal for families and fishing enthusiasts, the cottage boasts an open concept floor plan with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, sleeping for up to 6 guests comfortably.

Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather from the spacious deck with ramp, perfect for grilling your fresh catch and watching the boats go by. The cottage is located in the golf cart community, within walking distance of the park, close by 2 marinas, and several restaurants. Watch the firework show right from your porch or walk to the Fiddler Crab Festival.

Weekend getaway

Our condo was beautiful and Ami the property manager was very helpful and super responsive. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

Best trip!

Absolutely wonderful!! First, the property was so cute and perfect for our weekend getaway with our friends! Would have loved more time there, but unfortunately our busy schedules only allowed for a weekend stay this time. We loved being able to be so close to our boat the whole weekend with it being just a few steps away at the dock across the street. The house was clean and spacious, so close to everywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. Ami was the best host EVER!! So very nice and wonderful to us this weekend. We were allowed early check in since we got to town earlier than expected and a late check out so we could enjoy a full last day. She was quick to respond and so very helpful. Thank you Ami for the best weekend away! We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again or at another one of your beautiful properties!

House on the hill

Overall stay was good. Gate leading to the dock obstructed the view of the river and was difficult to close, often leading to the gate opening into the street.

Great get away

Was a perfect place for a little get away. The house was perfect, very clean and just very cozy. The boat dock for our boat was great as well. Would definitely book again for another little get away.
