We really liked our stay at this property. It was located close to the convention center, which was what we needed. The place was clean and the check-in process was easy. A couple of times our card keys stopped working and it was easy to go get that fixed. I would say the beds are just okay. Another reviewer mentioned they were firm and that is true. We like a firm mattress, but this one was a bit much for us too.

Very good location - quick drive to convention center. Didn’t go to Sea World or any of the Universal/Disney attractions but this is a good off-site location for all of those. Good for a family because of two baths and one bedroom having two full beds. Property was as described and very clean. Host was good at communicating though we didn’t have to contact them but a few times. Front desk check in was easy. We didn’t have time for the amenities but would try them next time. Near the elevator but never heard it or the neighbors

It was extremely easy to communicate with the host. Instructions on how to access the condo were very clear and it was easy to check in and get the keys at the main desk.We liked being on the third floor. It was also so close to Sea World, which was the main reason for us being in the area (to take our grandchildren).
