Summit County Condo - Fantastisk utsikt och bekvämt läge

Lägenheten för denna lägenhet är idealisk för dess närhet till så många bekvämligheter och aktiviteter. Ligger i hjärtat av Colorado skidland, har du snabb åtkomst till Keystone (10 min), Copper Mountain (15 min), Loveland (15 min), A-Basin (20 min), Breckenridge (20 min) och Vail ( 40 min). Det finns inget behov av att köra när du anländer eftersom de flesta nödvändigheter och aktiviteter ligger inom gångavstånd och gratis Summit Stage-buss kommer över gatan varje timme från cirka 06:00 till 01:00 (Silverthorne Loop Stop # 42).

Den vackra Rainbow Park tvärs över gatan har två uppdaterade lekplatser, en skateboardpark, tennisbanor, en basketplan, sandvolleybollbanor och en enorm fotbollsplan. På vintern är kullarna i parken en rolig plats att kälka för unga. Bredvid parken ligger Silverthorne rekreationscenter med simbassänger, vattenrutschbanor, barnpool, badtunna, ångbad och bastu. På baksidan av lägenheten kan du gå över gatan till Silverthorne-biblioteket eller hoppa på rec-vägen och promenera längs floden. Ta en kopp kaffe från den nya enheten genom Starbucks i slutet av kvarteret eller Red Buffalo Cafe tvärs över floden innan du slår i sluttningarna eller går ut på en dag med outlet-shopping.

Dessa lägenheter ligger på andra våningen och har en privat balkong med fantastisk utsikt över Buffalo Mountain och Red Mountain. Inuti hittar du en öppen spis och 48 "platt-TV i vardagsrummet med en konfigurerbar sektionssoffa. Matbordet kan expandera för att få plats för ytterligare gäster. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, 40 "TV och separat badrum. Det andra sovrummet kan sova fem i fullstora våningssängar och tvillingstorlek. Great family spot

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo. Being by the park and within walking distance (10 min) to restaurants and target is great. The kids enjoyed the toys and the view from the balcony. Beds were comfy too!

Great location for Colorado Skiing

Perfect central location for Epic Ski pass holders within 15-30 mins to Keystone, Breckinridge and Vail. Ski Copper on Thu for 99 or included on an Ikon pass.2 bedroom unit is great for ski and board families with great views of the Rockies. The building on the 2nd floor is showing its age but has everything you need for a fun family stay focused on relationships over furniture and modern amenities. Although the building is not well lit, The surrounding community had beautiful Christmas lights with great restaurants, a Starbucks, and a River walk iwithn steps.

Birthday Celebration in the Ski Country

We brought our son to the mountains for his 5th birthday to enjoy the snow and to ski. This property was the perfect location for our small family. We loved the convenience of the condo to the highway, stores, restaurants, Frisco, Dillon, and all the ski resorts. It was located across the street from a park that had the perfect sledding hill for a 5 year-old and his parents. It was a clean, cozy place to stay with very comfortable beds. There were many games to choose from - Tenzi was our favorite. We would definitely return.

Cozy, comfortable and fantastic location

Beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommend the first Friday event at Rainbow Park across the street. Live music, bars, restaurants, shopping all easily walkable. Gorgeous area with wonderful views. We also really appreciated the noon check out time.

Great location, wonderful experience!

Spring break skiing trip with my son and another father and son. Centrally located near all the great ski resorts. We enjoyed Breck and Keystone... The condo was clean and roomy. In addition, it appears that each guest “pays it forward” with food and supplies. We started with a dozen eggs, a pound of bacon and some beer. Check the pantry before heading to the store... In addition to the above, this was the best stocked vacation rental I’ve ever rented. Tim was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Excellent location could have been cleaner

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal. However, it lacked in cleanliness. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was covered in dust. The hood over the range and the front of the range also required cleaning. The fridge had an assortment of leftovers from previous guests. My wife thoroughly cleaned the above mentioned items. Needless to say she wasn’t particularly pleased. I really don’t like having to share negative comments about the accommodations. The neighbors were pleasant, the neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for walking to the trail and restaurants.

Great Place in Silverthorne!

Great Town Location

Easy walk up the stairs to a unit, no neighbors which was nice. Clearly loved by the family because of the family items available in the unit like games and activities and more. Plenty of room for a family, nice dining table, ample plates/cups/silverware and kitchen supplies. Easy to use laundry - love going home and having that chore already done. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding and pillows with plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Easy walk to several breweries, outlet shops and of course the river trail! We didn't get to take advantage of the grill this time, but would love to stay again!
