Det finns en stor matsal med TV frĂ„n köket och frukostomrĂ„det i köket med ett högt bord med 8 stolar tillagda 2018. Alla sĂ€ngar Ă€r högkvalitativa firma med kudde topp och vi har fantastiskt feedback frĂ„n gĂ€sterna om sĂ€ngarna. PĂ„ övervĂ„ningen har det stora sovrummet en king size-sĂ€ng och ett vardagsrum med en queen size-sĂ€ng. Sovrum 2 har en king size-sĂ€ng. Sovrum 3 har en king size-sĂ€ng. Sovrum 4 har 2 enkelsĂ€ngar. Öppna den kan anvĂ€ndas som 5: e sovrum med en bĂ€ddsoffa eller luftmadrass. Loftet har en bĂ€ddsoffa eller luftmadrass kan anvĂ€ndas. Ytterligare fyra drottning luftmadrasser med gel skum toppers för komfort lĂ€tt passa i master, loft och vardagsrum. Amazing Stay

FIVE STARS! From start to finish our family had the best stay. We were in town for a pole vault camp and the home was 5 minutes away. The home offered spacious rooms with ample space for kids and adults to relax. And the pool of course was a hit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Christmas

Large house in beautiful neighborhood that accommodated our group of 11. We were able to check in early which was an added bonus. The community pool was really nice and a quick walk. Mesa airport was a 5 minute drive. The place was clean but the drawer next to the stove wasn’t working properly and there was spilled pepper all over in the drawer- food pieces inside the fridge - we had to move the couch cushions looking for a puzzle piece and underneath was filthy- one room had a dried contact on the night stand- this does not reflect on the property owners but hate that they are getting ripped off by their cleaning company- reached out to them about it and didn’t get a response so that was a little frustrating. Hair dryer and box fans were also provided- would stay here again!

Great Stay

Excellent location. Beautiful community. House had plenty of towels, blankets, etc..lots of room to spread out. I wish there were a third shower for our large group but we made it work. Otherwise it was perfect!

Excellent Family Stay

Quiet and safe neighborhood near everything. This was a great place for our large group to stay and host some of our small extended family for an after wedding brunch. They had tons of plates, glasses and serving utensils making it a breeze.to do so. Several sitting areas too. Loved that it was very clean.

Perfect location and neighborhood

The house is as listed. There were only 6 of us so plenty of space. There are 2.5 bath for all which was a bit challenging however we knew this from the listing. It rained the whole weekend so we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. We sat under the covered patio a lot which was nice. Overall a great stay and would rent again.

Great place for a family gathering!

We enjoyed the many amenities of this family friendly home. The grandkids (and big kids) loved the pool! The large family and dining rooms were perfect places to gather. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to make lasting memories.

Great gathering spot with lots of space

We loved gathering in Gilbert for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for our group to share a meal and be together. So many seating areas...it was perfect!

This is a gorgeous master planned community with frequent neighborhood events, lakes, and parks. This property comfortably accommodates a large group. Recently another bed has been added giving the property 3 king beds and one queen, 4 twins. 4 air mattresses with foam toppers are provided for comfortable extra sleeping arrangements.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One big benefit is a the walkway next to this property leads to a small park. On the other side of that park is the covered playground. The community offers walking paths and events year round.
