117 Windward Village is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in Shipyard Plantation. With new furniture and decor throughout, this thoughtfully outfitted property will quickly because your favorite Hilton Head vacation spot!

The open concept living area features comfortable furnishings, a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. The dining area is behind the living room and has seating for 6, as well as access to the private porch through sliding glass doors.

The owners of this home have designed a unique sunroom, right off the kitchen- perfect for cozying up with a good book! The galley-style kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and a tile back splash.

The master bedroom is located on the first level. This room has a new king bed for May 2024, flat screen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is located up a set of spiral stairs. This loft style room has a queen bed, twin bed and a desk area. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual vanities.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

Windward Village is conveniently located near the Pope Avenue entrance in Shipyard Plantation. The condo is just a quick 10 minute bike ride to both the Shipyard Beach Club and the Coligny Beach. Guests of Windward Village have access to a community pool, hot tub and firepit area.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Spring break

This was our 7th trip to HHI from Ohio. We loved this condo and it has been our favorite place to stay so far! Great location, central to everything. Clean, well updated and very cozy! The beds were super soft!We will definitely be staying again!

Lovely condo in Shipyard

Me, my husband, and our teen daughter had a very pleasant Christmas week at this property. We have stayed in Shipyard many times and this was by far our easiest experience from a management perspective. The check in check out process was super easy, the management team was extremely responsive and helpful, and the condo was in great condition for our stay. The space is nicely decorated, well organized, and has very good flexible seating options. The coffee bar is really well stocked and was one of our favorite things about the space. Our teen daughter thought the upstairs queen bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I found the king bed to be just the opposite, unfortunately. The third, tiny bed in the loft was just as uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for an adult. We will continue to visit Shipyard and we would potentially book this space again, but only if the mattresses are updated.

Windward Wonder

Our condo was beautiful! Tastefully decorated, plenty of room, from the lovely sunroom to the outside deck, it was awesome. Being in Shipyard, it had fantastic walking or biking trails. I walked each morning, as it was a peaceful, relaxing, setting. Our grandson loved the spiral staircase up to the second bedroom, as well as the closeness of the pool and hot tub, for he and his parents to use and enjoy the great facilities. The condo was very centrally located to either Pope Ave and Coligny area, or out the other side of Shipyard, to access the Shelter Cove area. This is a “can’t miss”condo for any family.

Great for a Gals trip

We had a stay at this unit. It was a perfect fit for 5 adult women to stay for a gals trip. Our only complaint would be that the water was turned off for a short time and we didn’t get clarity on when it would be turned back on. Other than that, we had a wonderful time all the way around.

Quiet garden get-away

This property was really clean, comfortable and quiet. It was wonderful to sit in the sunroom and enjoy the yard in the cool air conditioning. It looks just like the pictures. The decorations are so fun. Our daughters stayed in the loft upstairs and loved having their own space. We really enjoyed the location being close to the beach.

Birthday Getaway

My daughters and I recently stayed at the property to celebrate an 18th birthday and high school graduation. This property did not disappoint and the unit was in perfect spot for a night time gathering around the fire or an afternoon dip in the pool. The property managers were amazing with getting in contact with me after we realized an item was left behind. Very quick responses and I could tell effort was really put in to helping me find what we thought was lost. My family and I will be back. We can't wait!!
