The entry door sticks, making it VERY difficult to enter the property. We were actually completely unable to open the door once, causing us to miss our dinner reservations because we could not enter to shower and change clothes. It took the property management personnel over an hour to come open the door. I would NOT recommend Dwell Vacation Rentals. This was the first, and last time booking a property where they are the property management company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the entry door and especially for the extended wait to regain access to the property. We understand how frustrating it must have been to miss your dinner reservations because you were unable to enter. We take this type of access issue seriously and will share your feedback with our team so the door can be inspected and the issue addressed. We’re sorry that this experience affected your overall impression of Dwell and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Nicely updated with new appliances and furniture. Great location. Check-in and checkout went very smoothly. Starter supplies were adequate although the liquid hand soap container in the bathroom was empty so only had the small travel bar for sink and shower. The bathroom door to the hallway was difficult to close - it needs an adjustment. Also, the floors need a better cleaning between guests. Would definitely give it another try next year.

Decent Stay

Good little place, close enough to everything. Clean and tidy. Good communication throughout. Only one wish, a fridge with filtered water. Ended up buying water and filling our own ice trays. Can taste the sulfur.

We loved this condo. Beautifully remodeled. Only complaint was how hot the master bedroom got at night compared to the rest of the unit. No big deal. Thank you for a great week!

Beach trip

We loved how beachy and remodeled the place was. We weren’t expecting it to be so updated walking into it because the outside has more of a beach shack feel. Place is very open and bigger than we imagined it would be. Our only complaints were the floor needed to be mopped…we spilt some water on it and wiped it up…it was black and also the back sliding door was hard to open and close. Also the front door catches a little when trying to close it. Oh and the water pressure in the shower is awful. Needs a new and improved shower head or something. We loved the free palmetto dune buggy service! Very comfy beds also. The dunes house beach area was very private and not as crowded as coligny where we normally stay. Will def be back in July!
