Beautiful location

This space is in a beautiful location! You do have mountain and ocean views from the outside deck and it’s an easy drive to many of the north shore beaches etc. The space was pretty clean, the only areas that could use a deep clean were the surfaces of the cabinets. It was really nice to have an AC in the bedroom. However, the bed was quite small for two people and uncomfortable. Updating the bed would greatly improve the space. The condo has really nice floors and kitchen appliances and there’s a cute little walk-in closet for all your luggage. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and having coffee. You can see and hear lots of birds and the ocean waves. There is also a cool little trail down to the water. It’s mostly lava rock and very beautiful, but if you are looking for a sandy beach you have to drive somewhere. Overall we loved the space, but I’m not sure I would book it again, due to the bed.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the unit. While it had been cleaned, the floors still made our socks black. The windows were dirty which obscured the otherwise beautiful view. The lanai was dirty with fly specks and dust on the walls and deck. The furniture on the lanai was cracked and unstable. There were ant traps all through the unit, even on the kitchen counter with dead ants in and around them. Any repairs that had been attempted were poorly executed. Examples would be the caulking in and around the tub with gobs of caulk that absorb dirt and grime. Also there was a newer dishwasher but the bottom cover was missing and revealed more caulking and a powdery substance. The unit has a window air conditioner that only cools the small bedroom where it literally sits a few inches from the bed, complete with hand written instructions explaining that it will not cool the unit. Vacasa texted to have a worker install a new slider screen. We waited two hours for them to show then texted back to have them reschedule since we had dinner reservations. They never rescheduled, so no screen on the slider. Many of the blinds in the unit had been replaced, unfortunately the replacements did not fit the windows so the sun shined around them and through the sliding glass doors which have no blinds making the unit ever hotter in the afternoons. This unit was a big disappointment for us. Based on reviews and Vacasa responses we thought any negative reviews had been corrected. No!

4 nights as part of a longer anniversary stay in Kauai

The property is a bit worn (and could have used a deep cleaning) but that didn't bother us. We loved the location, the place has a great view, the kitchen had what we needed to cook, and we would stay there again. A couple things to note: The door to the bedroom is louvered, so if one person says up later, light and noise carries from the main room. Also, my husband wasn't happy that the place didn't come with coffee or coffee filters (as we're used to in other places we've rented).

Great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here- it’s just a few minutes walk away from a beautiful secluded beach. There are great views of the ocean from the bedroom. The internet was fast and the AC in the bedroom worked really well (though we didn’t even need it with the breeze from the windows).

Hello, the location and place was great. Kitchen, floors and windows were all filthy. I mean likely hadn’t been cleaned or really scrubbed in 6 months. Other than that it was great.

50th Anniversary Get-Away

Perfect location, beautiful view

Clean space, comfortable bed and gorgeous view from the lanai. Easily accessed from parking lot, yet quiet and private. Mini blinds in front room were broken / tangled so unable to use them. Text messages to property manager would not go through, but I suspect that was a problem with the cell service on my end and not a communication issue with the property manager. Easy walk to Princeville market grocery store. Love the trail down to the ocean, short and steep but well worth the gorgeous view! The owner / manager kindly left a nice variety of treats from the island to welcome us as well as two gorgeous fresh leis. Mahalo for a wonderful week on this beautiful island.

All around wonderful experience

The place was the perfect size, had all the accommodations. The staff were really helpful, responsive and accommodating to our needs, all our minor issues were addressed and resolved. I loved the convenience of parking, entry and location. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, would definitely use Vacasa again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Carmen & Calvin

Relaxing Holiday

Firstly Vacasa were excellent to deal with, much better than AirBNB, great communication The condo was small but very quiet, clean, great views and had everything one needs for a relaxing carefree Kauai stay Would definitely stay again

Great location and views

Location and views were amazing. Stayed during a warmer couple weeks on Kauai, so the place does heat up a bit, luckily it has portable AC unit in bedroom and you can cool that room down at night. Most times of year when it's not humid and hot I guess it wouldn't matter. Overall, very clean and nice place to stay. Close to hanalei and other nice little towns to venture out to and enjoy. Lots of beaches and snorkeling close by, including one on the property which is only a 10 minute hike down a trail.

Kauai Vacation

We had a great experience at this property. Easy check in and out. Great location. We enjoyed the umbrella and chair for the beach, although beach chair would have been better that the camp chairs provided. The kitchen was well stocked. The ice maker in the fridge was amazing.

Quiet getaway with a gorgeous sunset view!

We really enjoyed our stay at SeaLodge in Princeville for a couple's getaway! The condo was clean and well laid out to use all the space you need. The balcony had a wonderful sunset view so did the bedroom. Would highly recommend for a couple's getaway anytime!
