Studio med dubbelsÀng (och tvÄ luftmadrasser tillgÀngliga pÄ begÀran). Totalt renoverat 2018 med nya golv, ny sida vid sida, ny fÄfÀnga, ny interiörfÀrg, ny takflÀkt, nya möbler (frÄn Pier1). Studion har litet kylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn, Keurig kaffebryggare, brödrost och mixer. Vi erbjuder ocksÄ solstolar, boogiebrÀdor, en svalare och parasoll. Parkering för en bil (öppen tomt). Rena / fÀrska handdukar tillhandahÄlls under vistelsen pÄ 7 nÀtter eller mer. Kontakta Àgaren för att begÀra detta.

Great location, quiet and easy to get to all north shore activities. Although no AC, during our stay in October was plenty cool with the fans. Nice large shower. Good sized mini fridge and microwave. Never had any issues finding a parking spot. Loved! And will stay again

This was the perfect spot for our Hawaii getaway! It is in a great location in Princeville, an easy drive or walk to nearby beaches and food! The space itself was quaint but satisfied all our needs - the kitchenette and bathroom were great to utilize and the patio was a nice spot to sit outside! Also incredibly helpful to have beach equipment and towels to use while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Robyn is prompt with communication, excellent location, extremely clean and nicely updated interior plus there's fans in the room. The only issue was the guests staying next door kept slamming the door otherwise it was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The Princeville area was very pretty and I liked being close to the north shore. When using the shower only slight turn the knob for hot water, don’t turn it all the way otherwise the water will stay cold.

Such a cute property in a wonderful location! Quiet location, but close to shopping and food. We had 3 people and it was a little tight. Would be plenty of room for two.

Great little spot

The place was super clean, location was great. Super easy to check in and out. A lot of extras were provided like beach chairs and towels, a boogie board, umbrella and coolers. We had a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay

We only used the room for a shower and sleeping. We are usually on the go and exploring all day. Nice neighborhood and we used the hot tub a few nights.

Cozy place to stay!

The rental exceeded my expectations- it’s very cozy and spacious. Lots of amenities and storage. It had everything we needed for our stay.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was warm at night and there was no air conditioning. Since the fan overhead was quite noisy when turned on we needed to use fans at the open windows to cool the studio. Also, a stove would have been more useful since we could only cook what we could grill or microwave. It was nice to have the beach chairs and towels. Overall, I would recommend this to others looking for an affordable, safe place on a beautiful piece of property.

I was born and raised in Hawaii (Kauai & Oahu). I attended college and grad school on the mainland where my husband and I met. We returned to Kauai in 2006 when we were ready to start our family. We now have three great kids. We moved back to Kauai, and Princeville in particular, because it is such a wonderful community and the perfect place to raise kids. The people are friendly, we know and trust our neighbors like family, and the landscape is amazingly beautiful. Plus, the weather, beaches, and hiking are fantastic. We are so happy to call this place home and we are excited to share our new condo with you. We live about a mile from the condo so we are nearby if you need anything. But not to worry, we wont stop by unless you need us or there is an emergency.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I lived in Sandpiper growing up. It is a great little community with a fantastic pool, hot tub and bbq area. Sandpiper has nice landscaping, and it is close to shopping, dining, coffee shops, golf, tennis and some of the best beaches and hiking in the world.
