CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. Our crews wear protective masks and gloves! We have always taken great care to protect our guests!

Beautifully appointed. Located in Long Barn Sierra Park 10 minutes from Dodge Ridge, Pinecrest Lake. Close Leland Snow Play, Black Oak Casino, Columbia State Park. 10 minutes from Lyons reservoir. 90 minutes from Yosemite National Park.
We have smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* We provide cleaning service after your departure for a fee so you do not have to clean on your vacation. You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher. Cabins blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest. We still follow covid protocols and procedures, per vrbo listing information for California no contact entry.

* Our cabin sleeps up to 8 and provides great lodging for family.

No parties, No smoking.
* Pets only allowed with approval, pets under 20lbs.
*** Pet exception: Pets are allowed must be pre approved. You bring your own bedding/towels, bed sizes listed by room in amenities. We leave mattress covers and pillows with protector covers. Pet stays on main level, no trace of pet upon departure.

Quiet retreat cabin

The place is located in a gated community that has a small water pond, playground, basketball court and plenty of walking trails. The cabin itself is very cozy and clean. If you are looking for a quiet place this is the choice. We really enjoyed the scenery and our evenings in the projector room.

Weekend getaway

Honestly, we were upset and disappointed that this rental did not include a "community pool." I specifically looked for a rental that has a pool so the kids can enjoy some swimming time. I wouldn't have booked this cabin if I had known there wasn't a pool because a lake is not a pool. I wanted to give 0 stars for being lied to, but since we can't just find a different place, we tried to enjoy our time without that amenity. The cabin is clean and has a decent kitchen to cook. The movie selection was great. Hungry hippos was a hit for the kiddos. I did not read everything before booking and that is my fault. Renting here is somewhat troublesome. I have never been to a place that requires me to bring my own beddings, towels, soap and shampoo. We tried to vacuum the place before we left but the vacuum didn't work very well. Overall,, we enjoyed the quietness of our stay.

Good Family Mountain Getaway

Place was advertised and very clean & comfortable. All appliances, plumbing and heating worked well. Kitchen utensils and pots & pans we were well stocked. The provided snow shovels made clearing out the 8" of snow from the 30ft driveway pretty easy and fun with the kids. Movie theater system was easy to use with the provided instructions just make sure to aim the remote at the device. A very good movie library was on site. Garage fits 1 car and perhaps 1 smart car. Slight inconvenience is the 1/4 mi walk to the dumpster to get rid of trash. Then again if you're in the mountains, would you really mind hiking anyway?

Experience was what we were looking for a nice getaway. The only thing was missing was WIFI. Would go there again.

We've been serving vacationers since 1984, 40 years. Been with VRBO since 1996. It's a family business, my children grew up in the business and still assist guests daily. When I started, the cabins didn't even have TV, it was the forest and fun that drew guests up the mountain to play, swim, fish, hike, bike, horseback ride and visit Columbia State Park, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Pinecrest lake, Ice skating, snow play, Tuolumne and Stainislaus River, big Trees and so much more. It has been a pleasure to serve thousands of guests over the years. We do our very best to make each stay a great experience. The crew works exceptionally hard to keep everything going! We look forward to having you as a guest!
