Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Best Beach Getaways. Glad you enjoyed the quieter location near Panama City Beach, the convenience of being across from the beach and next to a small grocery store, and that the place was very clean with everything needed for two adults and two teenagers. We hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway. Team BBG

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing Best Beach Getaways and are glad Emerald Shores Resort 2001’s quieter side of PCB was a good fit. Our condos include essentials but not personalized items like coffee, so we’re happy that didn’t affect your stay. We hope to welcome you back for another Best Beach Getaway. Team BBG

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the location right across from the beach was perfect and that you had a GREAT time. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay.

Thank you for the feedback — I’m sorry your stay at Emerald Shores Resort 2001 fell short of expectations. - I apologize for the gnat issue. That’s not acceptable; we’ll schedule pest control and a deep clean and inspect screens, trash areas, and landscaping to prevent recurrence. - I appreciate the note about the unit feeling dated for the price. We’ll review the unit inventory and prioritize updates to improve value and comfort. - Glad to hear the on‑site condo management team was helpful. We appreciate you staying at Emerald Shores Resort 2001 and taking the time to leave a review. Team BBG
